I happened across Angela though her BGJTL Facebook group, where I was impressed by the positivity within the group - not easy on social media. I continued to follow Angela and recently joined the Project Me Academy which is opening up my mindset to my own potential, something I have allowed life to quash over the years. I love Angela's attitude, ability and positivity, along with her raw honesty, and would recommend working with Angela to anyone looking to grow themselves. Thank you Angela x

I recently had the opportunity to work with Angela 1:1 and I cannot thank her enough for the impact that she has had on me personally. She is the most genuine, kind and inspirational person that I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. Through her willingness to share her own vulnerabilities, she has the most incredible ability to make you want to dig deep and challenge yourself in order to recognise your own; despite how tough this could be at times! She encouraged me to face in to things that I would have otherwise continued to run away from; and for that, I am so very grateful. She taught me many techniques that have now formed part of my daily life, that I have no doubt will help me grow, both within my role at work and as a person. So for anyone aiming to be the best version of themselves, there is honestly no one better than Angela to help you with that journey.

Angela is one of the best coaches I have worked with. She has a friendly but direct approach and is not afraid to help you to answer the tough questions to help get you to where you be. I originally approached Angela for support with overeating but now work with Angela for coaching work situations. I would highly recommend Angela if you want results.

I first came across Angela when she set up her BGJTL Facebook group and really enjoyed watching her journey as I could really relate to her.

As soon as she set up as a coach I knew she was someone I wanted to work with as I felt I already knew her! After my first programme with her she is now a constant in my world, my very best cheerleader and her intuition is always spot on and highlights my blind spots with ease. She really knows her stuff and she has such a warm personal style that each session with her is full of value and I really look forward to them.

The smiling assassin to your previous self! Angela has helped me in ways I’d never thought possible.

I’ve worked with Angela for several years including two METreat, Project-Me & a 1-2-1 programme. She has helped me to notice, manage then address or reframe things I believed about myself that simply weren’t true. Many things deeply engrained from early years and often as a result of nasty experiences. She helped me to reframe and implement strategies that I now use when I recognise my triggers! Who knew that someone taking something out of a bin that I’d deliberately thrown away would trigger a reaction!

Our work together has helped me to achieve a promotion at work and to develop as an authentic, compassionate and vulnerable leader. I am becoming aware of my own worth knowing how and what support to ask for when I need it.

Angela keeps it real. If you do the work you’ll get the results. She’s the gentle hand on the tiller guiding and encouraging. I’d recommend you make the investment in you! You’ll not regret it! The effects are wide and long ranging. A real gift that really does keep on giving!

Angela has an incredible ability to get to the bottom of issues very quickly. It’s not always a comfortable ride but it’s always impactful. She has helped me make significant transformations in my personal and professional life and I keep coming back to her as I want to continue to grow. I have also done her online courses which have provided a wonderful structure for me to work through other aspects of my life that I haven’t necessarily addressed through the 1:1 sessions. I have loved being part of the Project Me community which has helped me maintain momentum for a year.

The best thing that ever happened to me was crossing paths with Angela. I went from being an absolute wreck, not believing in myself and my abilities. I had lost my father so was not in a good headspace and I was being bullied at work by my manager.

2 years on and I left the toxic environment where I was working (I thought that I would be ruined if I left) and I’m now thriving in an environment where I’m appreciated and performing at levels that exceed what I had been delivering previously. In addition to this I have bought my first house, got a wonderful dog and recently welcomed my beautiful daughter to this world. For the icing on the cake I also now earn almost 3 times the amount of money I had 2 years ago - which allows me to provide and plan for my family’s needs for the years to come!

Lastly I learned a lot about myself and dealt with some deep seated trauma from childhood. She took me to some really dark and scary places, but they were all soooo worth it! I went from constantly crying when ever I thought of my dad and what I had lost to an overwhelming feeling of joy when I think of him.

Without Angela’s help I’m 100% certain I would not be where I am today. She provides you with the tools you need to cope with everyday struggles and more.

Angela is more than what it says on the tin. It is literally like an “infomercial”… but wait there’s more!

She is above and beyond and also has a massive heart and general just an awesome human being!

I have no problems referring people to Angela and have already done so - you will honestly not be disappointed - invest in yourself!

Angela is clearly made for this vocation. She is genuine, warm, cares very much and is extremely knowledgable with many tools & solutions to fit any situation you want to explore or work on.

My work with Angela has been ongoing now for several months. Angela has this amazing ability to break down every barrier you may have.

Just wanted to say how awesome Angela is.
I business network a lot in and around the Sussex and Hampshire area and I have been introduced and met many Business / Executive / Life Coaches and even more so over lockdown.
Angela is in a different class to anyone I’ve spoken to and operates on a higher level across all aspects.
As a small business wanting to grow and develop I have been lucky to find myself at events where Angela has attended too.
We were introduced and since the beginning of the year we have spent more time discussing business and personal developments along with many ideas.

Angela has the innate ability to know what you need before you have realised it. She is empathic, knowledgeable, kind, supportive and the best person to have in your corner to help you through life's trials and tribulations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angela as a life coach.
