Oversell their stock or just donât send it
Ordered 3 items on Boxing Day, waited 10 days and still didnât receive any notification of the items being shipped so I contacted customer service. They apologised and said this is due to the breeze romper being out of stock so the asked if I wanted the romper to be refunded or the whole order. I got back to them 24hours later and advised i wanted the whole order refunded (as I only really ordered for the romper) for them to then say they canât refund me for it all as itâs already gone to the shipping stage (even tho yesterday I was offered a full refund)!!! I was then advised I can return the items once received and they will refund my postage.
The items arrive a few days later but oh wait only 1 item was included. Iâve emailed in 3 times in the last 8 days to request a refund for the MISSING item in my order and I have just been ignored.
Will not be ordering again! Do not recommend!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Seems like Iâm one of many with the same complaint. I also ordered a large order on Boxing Day and only received 1 item! The rest is missing and like everyone else Iâve messaged and emailed with no response. Sounds like this company like to take your money and think itâs acceptable to send you one item! Whether your having a hard time in regards to your personal life or not this is a business and customers have paid for items!
Letâs hope trading standards get involved and do something about this! AVOID AND DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO PAY FOR ITEMS THAT NEVER TURN UP!

Missing half of the items from the order
I did an order on Boxing Day and the order arrived this Friday (almost 3 weeks later) and half of the items that I ordered are missing. The 4 things that did arrive happen to be the cheapest items. I was not made aware of this when it was dispatched so I need a refund - yet no one is replying to any emails or DMs. I have seen on their Instagram in the comments that hundreds of people are experiencing the same problem and are having to escalate it with PayPal or their bank. TERRIBLE service!

Disappointing
Placed an order at the beginning of December, after waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my order to arrive the incorrect item turned up. Customer service resolved this pretty swiftly and a refund was issued.
However, I then placed another order as part of the Boxing Day sale. Clearly all items are returned stock/old stock thatâs been found. Items arrived with tags missing and in the incorrect packaging. YET AGAIN!! I received an incorrect item. I contacted customer service immediately and here I am two weeks later waiting for the issue to be resolved. I did get a response, in which customer service told me I had to pay to return the incorrect item to then get a refund. Sorry, but when you pay for the Initial shipping I do not expect to pay return shipping costs when it isnât an item I ordered. Not sure whatâs changed considering the first time a returns label was issued right away. This time Iâve been fobbed off with excuses that âthey must check with the warehouseâ. Quit with the excuses and actually help customers considering your team are incompetent.
Oh and considering the owner has been absolutely destroyed on social media the last few weeks, youâd think her staff would want to help the few customers that are still ordering!

I ordered from the Boxing Day sale before all the drama⊠I ordered the matching nova set and only the trousers arrived which were massive, and no jumper. I have emailed customer service and havenât heard anything in 5 days. I can see loads of others are missing items from their order which is shocking that there was no email sent to anyone and no automatic refunds for missing items which many other brands would do.

Ok so I heard from customer service - after contacting them MULTIPLE times, they finally responded and said they were out of stock of the items that didnât come with my order. They said the stock issues were only just coming to light as they were sending out orders, but for some reason it took them 3 weeks to tell me this. Absolutely ridiculous from a clothing brand. To make it worse, I ordered 2 pyjama sets, two tops and two shorts, all sold separately. So when I placed the order I ordered the full sets, for them to send them and then tell me that the bottoms had been oversold!!! As well as a hoodie, dressing gown and bag I had ordered. So I now have two pyjama tops without bottoms. Which BTW Iâm really glad I got them in the sale because they were so overpriced for the abysmal quality. Do not shop here.

Really wanted to love my experience but unfortunately my order was missing items and Iâve been waiting days to hear back about returning items. The products are great quality but unfortunately Angelle collection oversold on an item I ordered, were slow dispatching my order and customer service hasnât been at all timely which is massively disappointing. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I placed an order and only one item received! Emailed company who sent an automated reply saying Iâd receive an email back in 2/3 days! I am currently on day 5 and no email has been sent back to me about my missing items! Not happy they have taken my money and not given me my goods! Iâm sorry but the quality is just amazing babe? The material is nice and thick and I was pleasantly surprised about the padded Bobbie area. Iâve removed 1 point solely for the fact that it took about 10+ days to be delivered, but I did order it on Boxing Day (Iâm sure they mentioned a delay during this time). Am I being too harsh?

No sign of my order!
It's now been well over 10 working days and still no sign of my order nor any communication regarding the delay. So sadly I can't review the actual products because I've not received them! Absolutely love Angelle Collection and have several pieces from previous collections but I don't think I'll be ordering again. Seems a lot of people are having the same problems which is a real shame.
Update - has been over a month now since I placed the order, still no communication and no response to either of the two emails I've sent!
