I am actually quite saddened that I have to write such a bad review. But I have placed two orders on the 30th of November and up until this day haven't received anything. I am running two appeals now, to get my money back. What I don't get about this is: If something went wrong fine, these things happen but why not e-mail customers and just give their money back. Now you are losing customers that do not trust shopping here ever again. Shame, because I liked the clothes.

Awful awful website to order from, placed an order on Boxing Day paid the delivery charge of £5âŠOver 2 weeks later my order still hadnât arrived, I sent an email to customer service to ask where my order was⊠I had a response a couple of days later telling me they have âover soldâ on stock and that they were âsorryâ and did I want to cancel my order. Ofcourse I didnât want to cancel my order or I wouldnât have ordered in the first place. (Quick enough to take my money at checkout even though they had âover soldâ but I was still able to purchase it) I was then later that week sent a âdispatchedâ email which stated all 4 items I had purchased were on there way to me, I have now received my order and only 2 items have arrived. Customer service, delivery are all totally shocking, I will not be ordering from this website again.

I ordered from the Boxing Day sale, delivery was delayed due to a stock issue of one of my item. Got a refund for this piece & for the delivery. My other items arrived, and was missing an item!! Not happy, as I now only have one part of my matching set.
Things are too oversized and quality isnât great either. Do not pay full price for anything (if you did want to order.)

I bought the PJâs front here and wore them and washed as the label says, they bobbled and bitty and awful quality, they cost a lot of money too so Iâm not impressed at all. I emailed customer service and got 10% off my next order and was basically told it was my fault. Never ordering again.
