Great choice of wallets - I ordered the Soul Eater one for Father's Day - and it arrived crazy fast!! Excellent quality and a voucher for 10% off next order. Very pleased.

I hunted and hunted for a reliable anime merchandise site in the UK and Animehood exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is almost instant they respond so quickly and they use RM 24hr delivery. When RM didn't deliver in the time frame they'd give me, Animehood's Tony promptly investigated and let me know exactly when I could expect it. When the hoodie was too small and I needed to return it, they were again super efficient in processing my return and sending me the next size up. They truly do have amazing customer care and I will certainly buy from them again. :)

i had ordered a gift and emailed about the delivery date as it was a gift. they were extremely helpful and provided me with all the information i needed in a very timely manner. i will definitely be ordering again

My daughter loves her new hoodie, great prices and received it within a couple of days!
Although wish the sizes were bigger as she prefers them to have lots of room. Overall highly recommend!!

Following my order I was contacted and advised that the item is out of stock. I was asked if I would like something else or a refund. I have asked for a refund and have still not received this.

The item I ordered and was informed is out of stock is still showing as available to buy now on the website.

Edit: This item was showing as still in stock when you were advising me that it is not in stock. Please don't act like it has just come back in stock.

Edit: This was not a system error. I have an email where you advised you forgot to update the system to show it was out of stock. When I sent an email responding to you asking for a refund you ignored me until I wrote a review. Then asked me to take the review down which you said is not reflective of the service because you forgot to respond to me and that's not the companies fault. This is reflective of the service I received and offering someone a free t-shirt that I don't want does not replace what actually happened here. I don't want free things. I just wanted to leave an honest review so other people know to be cautious. I did not expect to feel pressured to take a true review down. I wonder if this is why you have all good shiny reviews as you offer all the bad reviews free t-shirts.

Ultimately, you failed to update your site. You continued to have it showing as available throughout and this has never shown as out of stock. You failed to respond to an email. You attempted to pressure and bribe me to take a true review down. I ended up buying this item from Zavvi.com where I had fantastic service.

Super fast delivery , excellent prices and quality. My daughter is going to be over the moon with her birthday presents. Had an extra gift added too. Will definitely shop here again!

Figure is beautifully designed. Packaging was super secure and easy to unbox. Delivery and service was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be getting all my collectables from here!

The service and communication were superb arrived really quickly, well packed and some little extra Anime stickers with the package.
Sweatshirt was as pictured, not a thick sweat shirt but a light weight sport type material (know your material types before you buy) and you won’t be disappointed … Happy!
