I love the quality and colour of the bag. I will be taking it to Costa Brava for a work trip, I have a Padel Holiday Company called Padel Dreams. I will do a video when I pack for the trip on 28th April.

Very well made vacuum backpack not been on holiday with it yet but will soon..I've put a fuw items of clothing inside it and dose what it says vacuum packs down well with the vacuum pump what comes with it and also a small travel pouch also I like the way you can un zip the middle section to expand for more room inside the vacuum area. When it delivered the bag will not be in box but in large grey postal bag . Excellent product Vaultbag original 40L Vacuum backpack cabin bag 😎👍🫡

This bag is an ideal size for trips of a few days, it’s well made with a rugged material and has a multitude of pockets of all sizes , vacuum ability (extra kit !!) and a charging point connection…..I’ve used it several times and it’s more than a match for those knocks and bumps !

Really great bag. Just returned from four days in Copenhagen and it was fabulous. No issues with budget airline restrictions and saved a lot on fees. Particularly impressed with how comfortable it is to wear, and really functional design. Vacuum pump lasted the whole trip on a single charge. Can’t wait to use it again!

The products are great (i've placed 2 orders over the last month) and now have 6 Vacuum kits for my use and gifting the rest to my family and friends.

Delivery in both cases took longer longer than expected and the tracking info provided is patchy at best.

The main issue though is the confusion over the number of pumps provided as part of the order - when i ordered a pack of 2 vacuum kits, i got email confirmation that i was being sent 2 bags and 2 pumps. Only one pump arrived and had to contact the service team. They stepped up, and an additional pump was sent.

The bags were so good, i order another pack, this time of 4 bags. Again, i got email confirmation i would be sent 4 bags and 4 pumps (essential as all 4 were to be given as gifts to my family and friends who each would have needed a pump). Long delay for delivery with patchy tracking info again, then what arrived was a box of 4 bags and one pump.

Again, i contacted the service team who after a few days confirmed i would be sent another 3 pumps, but another delay then for delivery.

In short, great design and products, confusing info on what is actually in the order, and well intentioned service support teams overwhelmed i suspect with confused customers.

I wouldn't hesitate however to recommend the product to others, just the logistics need to be polished up a bit

I found this bag via Facebook. I am thoroughly delighted with it! The suction facility works great and there are plenty of pockets available to use after the bag has been suctioned out. The outer straps are great for making the bag even more compact. Tomorrow I will take it on it's maiden voyage via Ryanair and not anticipating any issues! A great purchase! 😁

Still awaiting a response regarding my request to return item, There are no instructions and the only response has been an email from “Jessica” questioning why a return is necessary.

The bag is great but have issues with changing the lock code as no instructions on how to change the code or key in case you forget the code. The main compartment is difficult to fill because it he way the centre zip is placed would be better is it could be zipped up the same way as the main compartment is. I have bought the biggest size bag and it fits my clothes but then I have no space for shoes considering I wear a size 11 shoe.

This is the most amazing bag ever! Great for short trips and business trips. So easy to pack. Takes so much and compresses into so little. This bag is a game changer. It fits nicely under the seat of an easyJet plane. No luggage charges. Worth the price alone. So much so I am going to gat the 60L bag as well. Quality is first class. Easy to pack and suck out the air with the vacuum. DONT THINK. GET THIS BAG!

It's a good quality bag with separate laptop space. Would be good to have instructions on how to change the combination lock.

Delivery took a little longer than initially envisaged however product appears of quality & fit for purpose. I will be testing it over the next few weeks due to upcoming business travel

Just packed the new bag for my 1st trip with it and I have to say it’s great!
Managed to get more in than I expected and probably more than I need😁

Really comfy to wear on shoulders as the soft and large straps distribute weight evenly. Haven’t yet traveled with it but I can see it’ll easily fit my stuff for a 3-4 day trip! Also great material and look very cool! Highly recommend

The bag is fantastic for a two to three day work or personal trip with laptop etc as well. The delivery took longer than expected otherwise, for the product, I’d go 5/5 immediately.

Regular delivery tracking updates. Product is exactly as described and we packed for a 3 day trip easily.

Placed an order for a 40l Vaultbag as I wanted the versatility of having an expandable bag and a standard backpack during my forthcoming cruise.

Delivery took a month and I was getting concerned that it would not arrive befits my holiday; shipping updates are very brief and provide little detail.

Upon arrival it was very well packaged and the quality was very very good. Pump was effective, zips were well made and I have no doubt that it will last me for many years.

Very highly recommended.
