I quit vaping on Tuesday 13th June 2023 by having Laser Therapy with Anne. Previously I'd swopped smoking for vaping in 2014 with the intention that I'd then reduce my nicotine habit and gradually quit the vape. Unfortunately I don't think vaping works like that - In my experience it was the more I vaped, the more I needed to vape. To the point where the vape was never out of my hand & mouth. I needed to constantly get my fix of nicotine. Last year I was on a healthy retreat in Spain and a Swedish friend mentioned Laser Therapy could help people stop smoking. I'd never even heard of it !! I googled it as soon as got home & found Anne's Clinic etc. & details of the therapy. I spoke to Anne & the rest is history... Anne is the most amazing person and a brilliant therapist. I would highly recommend this treatment. I'm absolutely loving my nicotine free life. Thank you Anne.

Went to anne penman to stop smoking after she successfully helped my father stop who is 18years smoke free. Anne herself is very professional, and accommodating, and very passionate about helping. I myself are smoke free after several sessions with anne, of which i am very grateful

Went to anne penman to stop smoking and vaping .I am almost sis month free of both. I have also been to anne for reiki . Her place is so relaxing . Anne herself is the most amazing woman, she really wants you to quit . She really cares. I have not been for a couple of weeks , as I have been ill. As soon as I am better I will be back for relaxation.

I smoked since I was 14. I am now 52. A year ago I stopped smoking and switched to vaping. I thought vaping wouldn’t do any harm, to the point it was never out my hand. Everywhere I went it was there…. Putting washing out, driving, even to point of wakening up and having a vape several times during night.
My friend recommended Anne and I thought I might give it a bash, not thinking for one minute that it could possibly work the way i relied on the vape throughout the day and night.
Anne is an amazing person, such an incredible person. She is so friendly and supportive. After your session, it’s not just a thanks now be on your way. She is always there to speak to or call at any time to help you afterwards if need be. She drops you a text to see how you’re doing.

Was desperate to stop smoking. Tried everything but nothing worked. Told about Anne Penman and thought nothing ventured nothing gained bit scared when laser was mentioned though but still gave it a go.
Anne is a very professional and friendly lady. I was put at ease straight away.
Got ready for the laser. I had been scared at the thought of this. The laser was no problem at all. There was NO sensation of the laser being used and it caused no pain or discomfort whatsoever.
Thats was in April ‘05
That was the day I became a non smoker. I have never smoked from that first meeting and still haven’t. No slip ups nothing.
I meet Anne 2 days ago still the same lovely person. Anne is now helping my son become a non smoker.
His first visit was Monday and he has not smoked since then. His second visit is today.
I very much hope Anne achieves the same success with my son as she has with me.

I was a smoker for the best part of 25 years and as I was approaching 40 I really wanted to stop but the idea of stopping filled me with dread and fear. So i decided to book an appointment, Anne is amazing she is so warm and welcoming and offers great advice and support before during and after treatments. I QUIT VAPING!!🥳 I am so grateful to Ann for working an absolute miracle and helping me to quit vaping. After switching from smoking cigarettes to a vape 5 years ago, I had become so addicted to vaping that it was rarely out of my hand and controlled what I wanted to do in my free time. After only 2 relaxing sessions with Ann I have been set free from my controlling addiction without any negative side effects or difficultly! Anne is a kind and compassionate person and Im sure every client of hers feels this as I did completing her laser training for smoking cessation. What a great experience. She made herself approachable for questions at any time and feedback was quick.

Can't believe it's now 17 years since I last had a cigarette, thanks to Anne Penman Laser Therapy. I remember when I came out from my first consultation, Helen, Anne's lovely Mum, asked if I had cigarettes in my bag. Yep I'd just opened a 20 pack of B&H before I went in (and smoked two in rapid succession😁). She held out the bin, told me to get them and my lighter in it. My response was to say I'd finish the pack and that would be me. Nope, Helen was absolutely adamant. As she so rightly pointed out, if I did that, I wouldn't stop, it would be the next time, ad infinitum. I was about greetin, but in that bin they went. And I have never smoked again. I also only needed one follow-up consultation instead of two. I truly can't thank Anne Penman and her team enough💕 It has to be the best money I have ever spent

AMAZING!!!!! I have smoked for almost 15 years and tried many things and spent a lot of money trying to stop smoking and nothing worked. I loved smoking and really only for the cost element I would not have reached out to Anne. I'm only a week smoke free but feel great and confident with Anne's support. She tailored a course to suit my needs which I feel has been key to me stopping smoking. Only regret is not contacting Anne sooner! Thanks Anne

Went to see Ann about quitting cigarettes, 4 months later I'm still off them. Was it easy? No. Was it easier with the help of the laser? Defo. Not only the laser treatment but the follow up as well, I reached out to Ann when I was having a wobble which really helped. Ann has such a lovely way with her it just felt like I was messaging a pal.
So here I am a wee fatty after 2 years of over indulgence during the pandemic, a stone for ever year (plus the extra 1/2!) and I'm back seeing Ann, I've signed up for the weight loss therapy. First session done, 5 more to go.
