Startup was very bumpy with mapping garden not working, constant out of bounds errors and a lot of issues making the unit incapable of actually mowing my garden.
I contacted support using the in app option, and fairly quickly I received a reply and it turns out I accidentally received a unit with a very old firmware, and a new fw was never pushed to me automatically.
So after a fair bit of back and forth I received a new fw (1.0.74) and the mower worked a lot better. However it still had some issues with mower thinking it was outside the boundary or that it was in some other place in my garden entirely than it was. Support finally realized that I was given a test fw and was pushed a proper release fw (1.0.6) that actually works well!
I still experience outside boundary errors once in a while but far from the norm now. And the mower is very quiet and easy to use now!

Ich habe letztes Jahr einen Mover bei Otto gekauft.
Nun ist er defekt. Ich habe Anthbot wegen Garantie angeschrieben, keine Rückmeldung, selbst nach 4 Wochen. Anschließend habe ich dort einen neuen Mover bestellt, Lieferzeit laut Internetseite 3-5 Tage, nun sind es mindestens 4 Wochen. Ich habe diese Bestellung storniert, auch hier seit 2 Wochen keine Rückmeldung.
Katastrophe, kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Jeg købte min robot hos en dansk forhandler, men det var meget bøvlet at få support fra dem under opsætningen, så jeg kontaktede Anthbot via deres officielle Facebookgruppe, hvor kunderne hjælper hinanden.
Indlæg fra alle nationer ligger i gruppen, men kan oversættes og firmaets supportteam læser med.
Da jeg skrev om et problem blev jeg kontaktet via Messenger og fik personlig support hele vejen igennem af de sødeste to medarbejdere. De havde virkelig god tålmodighed og var kun rare og imødekommende.
Havde jeg vidst det, så havde jeg købt min robot direkte hos firmaet.
De benyttede sig både af enkle forklaringer og links og personaliserede instruktionsvideoer. De er desuden meget åbne overfor feedback.
Jeg havde misforstået rækkefølgen af elementer i opsætningen og den havde svært ved at fange vores netværk, men nu fungerer alt som det skal.

I love Anthbot. I'm testing and installing a lot of brands but Anthbot is sticking out above most competitors.

The machine I own (Genie 1000) is very well made. No clonking from the front wheels like many competitors, automapping, excellent remote control. RTK and by surprise in last update nRTK support, best of both worlds.

I love the dedicated online support of Anthbot. On Facebook every users question is instantly pickup up and answered by Anthbots experts. I never seen this with other brands.

Before I bought this brand I never heared of it but now I'm really glad I found them.

I hope they come with a big 4x4 model soon 😄

Indtil videre rigtig god oplevelse med min genie 800.
Den er midlertidigt sat op men opsætning tog Maks 15min.
Indtil videre har den meldt 2 fejl på 3 uger. Men igen vil jeg skyde på det er min midlertidige placering af rtk antennen

Ich möchte mir bewusst einen Moment Zeit nehmen, um ein wirklich großes und von Herzen kommendes Lob an den Anthbot Support auszusprechen.

In einer Zeit, in der man sich als Kunde leider oft mit standardisierten Antworten, langen Wartezeiten oder wenig Engagement zufriedengeben muss, war meine Erfahrung hier umso beeindruckender. Vom ersten Kontakt an hatte ich das Gefühl, ernst genommen zu werden nicht als „Ticketnummer“, sondern als Mensch mit einem echten Anliegen.

Die Kommunikation war durchgehend schnell, transparent und vor allem ehrlich. Jede Rückmeldung wirkte durchdacht und individuell, nie wie eine vorgefertigte Standardantwort. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Geduld und das Engagement des Teams: Selbst bei unerwarteten oder komplexeren Problemen wurde nicht einfach der einfachste Weg gewählt, sondern so lange nachgehakt, geprüft und unterstützt, bis wirklich eine zufriedenstellende Lösung gefunden war.

Was mich persönlich am meisten beeindruckt hat, war die Kombination aus Professionalität und echter Menschlichkeit. Man merkt deutlich, dass hier nicht nur Prozesse abgearbeitet werden, sondern dass die Mitarbeiter wirklich daran interessiert sind, zu helfen und den Kunden zufriedenzustellen. Genau das macht den Unterschied.

Solch ein Service ist heutzutage selten geworden und genau deshalb verdient er auch besondere Anerkennung. Für mich ist das ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie moderner Kundensupport aussehen sollte.

Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diese außergewöhnliche Unterstützung. Bitte macht genau so weiter das bleibt definitiv positiv im Gedächtnis!

I’ve been very satisfied with my ANTHBOT Genie 600, which I bought a few weeks ago. It’s extremely easy to use, yet offers a wide range of features and customization options. You can fine-tune every detail to suit your needs. The support is also excellent — they are always available and provide outstanding help with any questions related to the robot.

I'm very happy with my Anthbot Genie 600. It does a great job moving.
Extreamly easy installation process with no wire.

Had some minor issues, but the support is super fast to help fix them.

even new feature requests are easy to add.

Sehr kompliziert, falsch gelieferte Artikel zurück zusenden. Anfragen werden unzureichend bearbeitet, Kontaktaufnahme kompliziert. Zusendung von Rücksendescheinen, werden verzögert, nicht bearbeitet, bzw. Geschickt, warte seit 4 Tagen auf einen Rücksendeschein
Würde diese Firma nicht weiter empfehlen

Seit fast einem Jahr dreht der Anthbot Genie 600 bei uns im Garten seine Bahnen und das ohne jegliches Problem.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem Anthbot Genie 1000! 🤩 Dieser Rasenroboter ist ein echter Game-Changer für meinen Garten! Der Roboter mäht meinen Rasen perfekt, ohne dass ich mich darum kümmern muss. Die App-Steuerung ist super einfach und intuitiv, ich kann ihn jederzeit starten oder stoppen.

Die Mähleistung ist top, auch bei dickem Gras und unebenem Terrain. Der Roboter findet immer seinen Weg zurück zur Ladestation und lädt sich automatisch auf.

Ich bin so zufrieden mit meinem Anthbot Genie 1000, dass ich ihn nicht mehr missen möchte! Wenn du einen Rasenroboter suchst, ist der Anthbot Genie 1000 definitiv eine gute Wahl! 👍

The Anthbot Genie 1000 is a quiet robotic lawn mower for medium-size yards that maps your lawn without boundary wires, cuts in neat lines, and uses cameras and GPS to avoid common obstacles. It is easy to set up and control from an app.

But the best is the customer support who is always supporting for any needs in highspeed!

Setup was easy on the Genie 300p All you do is stake the GPS transponder pole in the ground, pair via Bluetooth, and drive the mower around your property’s perimeter to map it. There is also a auto mapping feature but I did not use it.

**Performance: Set It and Forget It**
The Genie’s app is pretty straightforward. After creating the map I then created several zones so I could cut on different days. I have a large lot and it can't cut it all-in-one day so I do multiple zones , different days of the week.
Set it up, and it performs without effort while you watch from your lawn chair.
I was cutting my backyard with my zero turn mower. So this year my bought another Genie and that freed up my time to spend more time working around the yard doing other things. It is a huge time saver.
I had several questions about some things in the app and about the mower myself , and I contacted customer service via Facebook messenger , and their responses are fast and they make sure that their answers answer my question correctly.
I just ordered my third mower from them tonight to give to my son for his yard.

After a season of mowing with the Anthbot Genie, i´m still a happy user. It´s my first experience with a smart mower and it´s great. I´m a kickstart backer, so i´ve seen all the progress they made. The team did listen to the feedback and used it to improve. They´ve improved a lot because of that. The support is Amazing, I had good contacts with the Anthbot employees. Also the community of other users is lovely, they´ve printed extra accessoires etc. I´d recommend these mowers as they´re really good price/quality.
