Love the mower, especially on hot summer days. It does a good job keeping within the set boundaries. It's strong enough to climb a slanted uphill lawn. It doesn't like tall grass so I program it to regularly mow on its own. You can set the direction that it mows. It is easy to clean and maintain which is important since I'm a senior citizen. And best of all, the company is constantly updating the software and making it better!

Anthbot is offering gifts for a 5-star review. I think this shines a poor light on Anthbot. If the product is good, then they won't need to bribe folks for a positive review.

The mower works really well. Easy to install, mows perfectly also my garden which is a bit complicated. Goes through a tiny path to mow another part of the garden.
I had an issue with the charging station after 5 month use and they are just sending me a brand new mower, before the reshipment of the old one.
Simply the best mower and best customer service.

I love my Anthbot! As a guy that travels extensively I am relieved to come home and not have to worry about my lawn! The service has been good too. I’d take a close look if you’re looking to get back valuable time along with a mowed lawn.

Anthbot really moved support to next level. Response is fast, helps solving any issue and takes your suggestions. And mower itself also good.

Habe einen Genie 600.Er ist zuverlässig und mäht fast auf den Zentimeter genau.Würde ich jedem empfehlen der mit dem Gedanken spielt einen Rasenroboter zu kaufen.
Den Support habe ich ein mal kontaktieren müssen.
Es wurde in kürzester Zeit geantwortet und auch weiter geholfen.Würde das Gerät jederzeit wieder kaufen. S.L .

Our Anthobot 600 mower is part of the family and we couldn't do it with out him. It even has a name, Jim!

Works keeping the grass trim and tidy, we also have a few stripes on the lawn...Jim saves an awful amount of time for us at weekends. It's like a dishwasher, once you have one you can't go back. Current stats show 53 mows and 5736 square meters.

Bis jetzt sehr zufrieden mit dem Mäher.
Keinerlei Probleme. Er läuft seit Juni!

Die vielseitigen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten erlauben eine sehr flexible Anwendung.
Die stetige Weiterentwicklung der Software ist erfreulich und lobenswert.
Die Reinigung und der Messerwechsel sind einfach zu erledigen.
Ich möchte unseren tollen Helfer nicht mehr missen.

This was my first season and I was very satisfied, it's really easy to use. The software is constantly updated, it's easy to set up.

The mower performs beyond expectations. I'm impressed with the AIs ability to trim around trees, under bushes and determine the height and thickness of the grass and adjust the speed accordingly. It trimmed around a tennis ball. It's rare for a product to be worth the price.

Obwohl ich mit dem gelieferten Roboter bereits mehrere technische Probleme hatte und habe, die ich dem Kundenservice gleich gemeldet habe, kann ich sagen, dass ich von der Schnelligkeit, dem Entgegenkommen und der Freundlichkeit der bearbeitenden Mitarbeiter regelrecht überwältigt bin. Es wurde prompt auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet, und bisher ist ohne große Umstände, Zeit schindende Nachfragen oder ähnliches für kostenlosen Ersatz gesorgt worden. Rücksendeetiketten für den Versand der defekten Ware wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich bin jetzt bereits seit knapp 6 Jahrzehnten Bewohner dieses Planeten und hatte bisher keinerlei derartige positive Erfahrungen im Umgang von Lieferanten bei der Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen. Da können sich sehr viele Unternehmen eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Wenn das der Standard beim Umgang mit Kunden bei auftretenden Problemen mit gelieferter Ware wäre, könnte das Leben wesentlich angenehmer sein. Es gibt wohl kaum jemandem in unserem Land, der sich noch nicht über die Kaltschnäuzigkeit und Unfreundlichkeit von Mitarbeitern bei Mängelanzeigen gelieferter Waren geärgert hat. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen bereue ich den Kauf des betreffenden Gerätes keinesfalls. Es hat mir schon sehr zeitsparende und effektive Hilfe geleistet und ich bin für dessen Dienste nach wie vor sehr dankbar. Daumen hoch für diesen Service und hoffentlich bleibt alles so überraschend angenehm.

I am a single, working mom and proud new owner of my very first home. The lawn is huge, bumpy, and has a steep grade down to the creek. I almost blew out my ankle trying to mow the thing. I found ANTHBOT Genie 600 on Amazon, bought it and couldn’t be happier with the mower and the company. It’s first class all the way. Thanks ANTHBOT employees-keep up the fantastic work. 🥰

The mower was easy to set up. It’s scheduled to mow a different zone every day. I love how it stripes my lawn and I feel like my lawn is looking healthier and definitely has less weeds. You can choose lawn height and even mowing direction. My neighbors (and cats!) are fascinated with it. I’ve never been happier with a purchase. 🙏🏻🎉

This team knows their product. They were Allentown zero in from the symptoms, to problem, to resolution in short order. They also did so with courteous and professional efficiency. I love their product. It has effectively fired me from 95% of the lawn cutting duties.

So geht Kundenservice!!! Leider stelle sich nach ca. 3 Wochen ein Haedware-Fehler am Gerät heraus.
Der Kundenservice war einfach nur erstklassig. Alles via Email. Trotzdem sehr persönlich. Es wurde innerhalb von vier Tagen ein neues Gerät geliefert und das defekte Gerät abgeholt. Ich habe selten so einen guten, unkomplizierten, schnellen und vor allem zuverlässigen Service erlebt.
