I had never heard of this company and was therefore wary about ordering but I needn’t have been! I had a great experience. Communication was prompt, shipping was fast, and they even refunded the tariff amount I had to pay UPS. The ring itself is perfect and exactly as pictured on the website.

I received my ring and could not be happier. It was a process finding the stone with multiple live videos to help pick out the perfect diamond. They were patient and accommodating when I got frustrated. The time zone difference was a challenge. When we found the right stone for me the process of making the ring was quick with video up dates. The result was the perfect ring for me. The stone sparkles with minimal bow tie effect in an oval stone. The setting is exactly what I wanted. They have many choices and will work hard to design exactly what you envision.

Harshil is patient and goes the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. My new ring is beautiful! I highly recommend Antique Cut and I'll be buying from them again in the future.

Considering this ships from India, I expected to receive the ring much later than I did. Customer service is excellent, and were patient with me when I had questions. The ring itself is amazing, and my wife has not stopped getting compliments about it. Will use Antique Cut again.

02/07/26- I am from North Carolina, US and I wasn’t quite sure if this was real but I wanted to give my special person something beautiful and custom without being gorged out financially from local retailers. I trusted the process and personally was in contact with someone through the whole designing process and are very patient with you until it is perfect. I truly recommend this to any young man that is starting out but doesn’t know how he will obtain the money that people want to charge here in the US. I pray that this company will continue to be blessed in everything they do.

I designed the ring with the help of Antique Cut and had an amazing experience. Harshil was absolutely fantastic to deal with—professional, helpful, and very responsive throughout the whole process. Bought an engagement ring and it's gorgeous! Placed an order around thanksgiving and there was additional lead time. I emailed customer service and they were very responsive and gave me peace of mind. Don't be scared of the low order confirmation #'s either!

There is a tariff/duty you pay on some items (paid 28$ on a 2200$ ring) but once you receive the ring, you can email Antique Cut and they'll reimburse you. They shipped via UPS.

The lab-grown diamond came with certification paperwork showing it's origin and authenticity and it came in a separate package from the ring but came on time without issue.

I am a return customer, originally from Etsy. Harshil is very communicative and honest about designs and pricing. I sent him photos and they were able to make my rings exact to the photos for much less than the other seller wanted. He is patient, and pays close attention to details. I have now ordered two sets of mother and daughter rings, and a larger ring with a custom diamond band. I am very satisfied. Shipping to United States was great, no problems.
