The bag arrived promptly and was well packaged. It’s of very high quality. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went into its design and construction. A very thoughtfully produced product, including its dimensions x3 that are just inside those of carry-on “personal items” bags specified by most airlines. It’s a perfect solution for that.

Everything was great,especially the quality of the product.

I was very impressed by how quickly my order was filled. The luggage was good quality and looked good. There was a slight glitch in that I was sent instructions on how to set my lock combination for a different model. I contacted Antler online and the next business day, I got an email with a video attachment that clearly instructed me on setting the combo on my model luggage. Good response time, good advice. I would order from Antler again.

Good website made details very clear. I was looking for a large piece of luggage that was durable and lightweight. Antler fit the bill. Product was received quickly and came exactly as described. Can’t wait to use it on my upcoming trip to Europe.

Good site navigation. Nice sales during the year. Quality products. Free shipping. All good. Previously purchased the international size carry-on. Although it’s incredibly lightweight, it held SO much. Purchased an expandable carry on for domestic travel this time.

Love the bag! I thought it was a little big for every day use but it is very handy for shopping, going to exercise class and running other errands. The construction is excellent and the top latch keeps it secure. I look forward to using the luggage strap too on a future trip. Great design!

I am pleased with thesuitcaseand the weight of it. Also, it offers ample room for packing for long trips.

Customer service

First, shipping of my original order was great. Arrived quickly and timely.
Second, the carry-on suitcase and overnight bag that rides on top of the suitcase and fits under the airplane seat are both great. They hold a lot -- and are amazingly light in weight and are easy to maneuver.
Third, I am deeply grateful that the overnight bag, whose snap was so tight that we couldn't open it without tearing the fabric, was replaced. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I am on my cruise in Scandinavia with my new Antler medium and small luggage and I love Antler! Found the brand in the U.S. and it’s so much better than my old Away or Samsonite. Lighter and more efficient with outside pockets and a large center compartment.

Service was great but bag would have benefited
from leather strap. I had to go to shoe repair
place to add brass D rings so my daughter could
use it with her favorite vachetta strap. Makes the
bag more versatile and perfect.

I love the look, the size, and the weight of my Antler bag. My only disappointment is that the straps to hold luggage are the criss-cross style, rather than having 2 solid cinch straps like my London Fog. I love those because you can really cinch down your luggage cubes. With Antler's straps, you can't do that. Still, overall - with the 4.6 lb (you say 4.1, but it's 4.6 on my scale) - and the perfect size that even pleases picky Air France and Lufthansa - 5 stars from me.
