The firm have been fantastic every step of the way. They have made this process stress free making sure the work that needs doing gets done. I cannot thank them enough.

Worst solicitors I have ever dealt with.
Our home had hundreds of disrepairs and was a serious health hazard, especially for our disabled child with a life-limiting condition. The housing association caused us a huge amount of stress and upset, and we trusted these solicitors to help us fight for the repairs and compensation we deserved.
Instead, they pushed us to accept the lowest offer. Even after continuing to fight, they took more than half of my compensation. I was awarded £3,000 but only received £1,249. They took over 25%, plus another fee of nearly £400 that I was not clearly informed about. This was on top of having their legal fees paid by the housing association.
I feel completely let down and misled. After all the stress, time, and effort, it was not worth it. I trusted them to help us, but instead I feel like they took advantage of the situation.
I would never recommend them to anyone. Please be very careful before using their services.
