Fantastic Service - Commercial Lease Dispute
We’ve worked with Anwar Legal on a number of landlord and tenant disputes and they’ve always provided a first class service. Recently Anwar Legal has helped with serving S146 Notice on a tenant who was breaching terms of a lease. Very quick service and recovered legal costs from the tenant.

Professional negligence case with successful outcome
you can expect a very friendly and professional service. Usman is very approachable, replies to questions and will keep you updated with progress of case. More importantly, unlike other firms, you are not just another client another case another source of money, you will get a personalized and fair service. Usman spend sometime with me over the phone to understand the case and gave me valuable advice over the phone. when he started working on my case, step by step he updated me and explained the options so that I could make aware decision and at the end we won the professional negligence case and I could recover what I lost + cost
I wish there was an option for 5+ star as Anwar legal has certainly exceeded my expectations (and I am really a demanding client)
Anwar is helping me on another case and I will surely use Anwar legal in future and YES I do recommend to you. you wont regret!!!
