Great customer service and helped with the booking

The gentleman I dealt with was extremely patient with me. Sorted out what I required for my grandaughters prom.

Really easy and great experience. Their customer channels are efficient and I was able to complete the process in no time.

the service and sorting out what i needed was very quick and easy after my day i will be doing another review after my wedding and say how great it was.

Shane was incredibly helpful in solving a complicated booking request and giving us the absolute best price for it. Very happy.

Just be prepared to pay more if anything changes and only pay a deposit if you can afford to lose that money.

Have a limo booked for my Hen Do but due to our original destination closing down, we’ve had to move the drop off. This is now costing £95 in addition to the £325 we were already paying. This is due to the extra distance despite the time we’re in the limo actually being 15 minutes less. I understand that costs have increased and fuel is at an all time high but my issue is I wanted to cancel my booking since it was no longer affordable and I can’t.

I’ve paid £125 deposit which I can’t afford to lose so I’m stuck paying another £95 on top. I know the terms and conditions state the deposits are non-refundable but the event is still months away and our venue shutting down was something we would never have expected so it’s a bit rubbish they aren’t willing to offer even a partial refund on the deposit.

Really put a downer on what was supposed to be an exciting day.

Shane was so lovely, he helped me to choose a car for my daughters prom. He sent me pictures of different cars took his time with me as i dont know anything about cars lol. I would recommend this company 100%

I’m using this company to hire a party bus, stefan has been my go to man and he’s been brilliant.
He’s answered all my questions gone up and above for me. Stayed friendly even after my many phone calls and extra asks. Really appreciate all the help.

This company misrepresented their available services on their website, at the time of my enquiry.

Potential customers should be aware they don’t offer a self-drive hire as is/was advertised. Additionally, they don’t offer an instant quote, but inform customers they need to contact them by phone to provide further information.

I insisted they communicate in writing, at which point they finally told me they don’t do self-drive hire. So all in all a complete waste of my time, along with a few raised red flags.

This review is just based on my own personal opinion and experience. I can’t vouch for any other service they offer, apart from perhaps their customer service which could do with improvement!

What an amazing and helpful company .was trying to arrange prom transport for my son and several of his mates and it was getting very stressful.
One in line enquiry led to a WhatsApp a phone call and a booking .
What had been taking me hours was solved with a few friendly calls .
