Bought the BX model
Bought the BX model, which is pretty much a CarPlay with Dashcam & Smart BSD.
Any issues I have encountered were timely solved by their great support. This is what I highly appreciate, that they don’t only offer great products at a fair price, but also backed up by people like Coco (you’re a star!⭐️) who actually care and listen to customers.
Highly recommended.

Not sure just how many technical support members that there are at Aooci, but one stands out to me as being particularly helpful. When I was faced with several issues, mainly of my own doing, not only was the support from Coco very helpful but went a step further with other suggestions in later messages. Wonderful Product
Wonderful Product, solves the issues of mounting your expensive mobiles on your bikes, clarity is very good, tpms works effectively, having front and rear camera gives crucial video evidence for disputes.
Special mention to Nikki from customer support, handled all my queries and regularly followed up with shipping, would definitely recomment

Excellent Product with good after sales

Product is great
Product is great, and works fine. Android auto has been a game changer for me on my motorbike! Customer service is even better! I had a faulty camera and a new one was sent immediately. I also had a technical query which was answered and dealt with straight away. I have been dealing with Coco in the support team who is VERY helpful and is who I will be going to for any future issues! (Thanks for your help Coco!)

Take my risk and bought it from overseas, item come with a faulty cable with unable to turn the CarPlay on. Reached out to them for solution and coco help in all way to resolve the problem.

Persönlicher Kontakt und Hilfe bei der Bestellung
Durch einen Videobeitrag von "Mr.Silberrücken"auf YouTube ,wurde ich auf das System" Aooci BX" aufmerksam. Ich habe das BX umgehend bestellt.
Die Bestellung wurde umgend bearbeitet und versendet.Leider kam diese nicht bei mir in Deutschland an.
Auf Grund dessen habe ich per email Kontakt aufgenommenund erhielt von Ms.Rita eine ausgezeichnete und kompetende Unterstützung.
In Folge kümmerte sich Ms.Rita um meine Bestellung,
dabei wurde ich stehts informiert. Mit einer so angagierten Mitarbeiterin ist jedes Unternehmen auf der Überholspur !! Besten Dank dafür !!!
