Within one week of receiving the scooter the rear tyre won’t stay inflated- only done 30 miles on it. No sign of a puncture looking at the rear tyre. UPDATE- after care service was very good, scoote... もっず芋る

Fantastic customer service

I bought my first scooter two months ago and the battery capacity was not enough for me and the screws on the kickstand were not installed properly when I first received it so it fell off. But since my case was other than human damage, insurance covered it, so they quickly sent me a new one. They have a better Pro version, but I’m still considering whether to replace it because the weight has almost doubled. Overall, the experience was great and they had fantastic customer service and took care of the problem very quickly!
