Excellent service

Excellent service. Delivered on time. As this is my first scooter, I was a bit weary but it's very safe and nippy and it flies up hills which is extremely helpful being a c.o.p.d sufferer. So far so good and very happy with my purchase.

Crap battery

Bought a battery drained it then put it on charge for 6-8 hrs went out on it I wasn't even out for an hour and it was on 1 bar not impressed......

Not follwing up on delivery on product till received. Abandoning to parcel company to do that

Placed my order on Sunday evening and was informed at every stage up to delivery on Tuesday lunch time,

Scooters - so far I am more than happy with solid construction and smooth to ride

You could get a different company to…

You could get a different company to deliver your parcels.. absolute disgraceful behaviour from the guy..sorry but I'll never be ordering from your company again.

Hi, I think it's unfair to leave us a 3 star review because of the delivery company we use..? We send all our scooters via a next working day DHL service, we also offer a Saturday delivery with DHL for an extra charge. Most spare parts and accessories are sent with Royal Mail via a 48hr service. If the courier did something you didn't like its totally out of our hands and you should be leaving a review for them..? Please can you email us at 'info@apachie.co.uk' so we can find out more about what the courier did.
