Service is so good.
I have been with Apari for the past 4 years. Like today I had a problem asked the question and it was sorted within an hour. Kym who is my contact is fantastic. Always understanding and professional. I have said before the system is brilliant easy to use. The customer service is great. I cannot recomend it enough. I do my account update daily so at the end of the financial year it a click and done.

Full marks!
I am one of these old-fashioned people doing their bookkeeping for their freelancing with pen and paper, in a journal. So it was with great apprehension that I learned I will have to go digital next tax year. Which is why I decided to start this tax year, just to get used to it before I have to. APARI is one of the programs HMRCs names as being compatible, and I liked the website, so I started with a free trial. Phew! It was a big relief, and I am now a very satisfied subscriber. Everything is really easy, and I am sure that in the end it will even save me a lot of time (and ink ;-)) Most of all, I already had two questions, and they were answered the same day, both time. And I mean, they were really answered. Often, a support only sends you prepared text snippets that have little to do with what you actually asked - but not in this case. APARI is a great tool for MTD (Making Tax Digital), and they also achieved their goal of MT-E (Making Tax Easy). Thank you so much!

Excellent support as usual
I had a simple query about the Apari softwares compatibility on devices, so I emailed the Apari team. Within the hour (maybe half an hour), I had the answer to my query in a lot of detail. Kym couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. This isn't the first time I've been impressed with support from Apari. I use the app every day to record my business accounts and I wouldn't want to go elsewhere to be honest.

Apari provided an amazing service
Apari provided an amazing service. I ran into some difficulty completing some of the answers in the software. Kym from the Customer Services Team jumped in the same day and provided answers to all my questions. Ultimately we had to complete the tax return manually which Apari did without charge extra. Thankyou for providing such a great service.

Used Apari software for first time this…
Used Apari software for first time this year, at 63 and not very computer technical, managed to submit my first tax return, Apari customer services guided me through a few issues, now finding it easy to use, many thanks to Apari customer services, especially Anish who gave me a call back and guilded me through a problem I had would highly recomend

Wish you’d been around 40 years ago.
I had used the same accountant for 40 years until his retirement 3 years ago. I was so apprehensive and nervous until I found Apari. This will be my 3rd year with them. All successful, easy and reassuring. Where were you in 1980? Particularly helpful with some capital gains last year. Steve James.

Easy to use package
It is a great package for non accountants supported by a great support team. The steps to enter data are idiot proof and any one can easily operate the system. The system helps to keep the accounts and supporting records all in one place. The system helps to blow away the pains of making annual self assessment returns to the HMRC.

Apari is a very simply programme for the self employed tax return. I did initially have questions about how to record certain expenses, but the customer service team responded promptly with screen shots and I managed to do it. It uploads easily to the HMRC. My only criticism would be that you can’t get a breakdown of what you entered.

A spreadsheet is more efficient
Unfortunately, I found the software very time consuming to use, limited in functionality and much slower than a spreadsheet. It also then meant waiting for the 12 month contract to finish before I could stop paying for the service (but I knew this was a risk at the start).

Hi KM, we're sorry to see you go. Most users tell us they're very happy to have left their spreadsheet behind. But, with 12 million Self Assessment taxpayers, some still prefer to do things manually. Thank you for using APARI.
A really lucky find
I have been using Apari since I accidently found it online 2 1/2 years ago. Last year i used Apari to complete my Tax return. The process was so easy.
I would recommend Apari to anyone who rents out property. or is self employed. The help is quick and easy and above all real value for money.

I have been using APARI for the past 3…
I have been using APARI for the past 3 years and it has made book keeping and logging all my income and expenses very easy. I have everything in one place. When it comes to submitting my tax return this only takes minutes to follow a few steps and click a few buttons.
I have been very pleased with using APARI over the last few years.
