I have used tax app services for 2 years in a row now and have been pleasantly suprised at how smooth the process was. Im a sole trader and often procrastinate my tax return and unorganised in preparation due to neurodivergence. I paid for the 1-1 with and advisor and I would reccommend it if you have left it last minute or are unsure about what to claim etc. My advisor Liz was super reassuring and non judgmental and managed to resolve the issues I was having. She completed my tax return swiftly and made it extremely clear what I needed to pay and when and also gave advice for going into the next tax year. Great service at a fair and transparent price!

very good product, and great service when I emailed them. simple and easy to use. The fee was £99 (89 with discount code). If it was cheaper I would definately use it again, but as I don't earn much from part-time self employment, it's likely i will attempt to do my tax return myself next year, to save money.

Elizabeth provided amazing, prompt service, which was reassuring as this was my first time submitting a self-assessment.
