Staff were great & patient & solved the problem

We have used this company for many years and we have always had first class service. We have no complaints at all.

Very quick to respond to my lack of heating and hot water and installed a new boiler within two days of my first contact.
The only reason for missing the fifth star was that they turned up to install a cheaper boiler than the one they quoted for. They said the quote was incorrect due to a mix up. We agreed a discount and they then fitted the cheaper boiler.

Good communication whilst doing the service and took care when working on the boiler.

When I was in a vulnerable situation they came and rectified a fault at the weekend, outside of their normal hours

Communication is efficient, prompt and supportive. I have always had very quick answers to my requests for help and I receive a text to tell me exactly when the plumber is on the way. The plumbers are all very polite, very thoughtful (aware they are in your home) and do a good job. I like the way they explain things to me too.

Sadly mixed review from me- the engineers who came and completed work last year did well and were polite, friendly, professional BUT when it came to completing the work they’d advised us needed doing and they would do (changing the pipework to radiators in the underfloor crawl space) no one turned up to vague appointments made, no one returned calls- despite the person doing admin arranging appointments. We gave up in the end. Why couldn’t they just say they didn’t want to do the job and be upfront?

Customer service is great. They are patient and always quick to help out. The engineer will answer any questions you have and always leave a clean job when finished. Highly recomend Parish Heating.

There was an undiagnosed problem with my 18 year old boiler but the team were great at coming round, diagnosing what was wrong, examining alternatives and suggesting solutions. Sometimes a company can be recommended because they go the extra mile when something goes wrong rather than doing the normal. Parish heating is one of those. Great job.

Your response was very quick- same morning. Kai was excellent in every way. The new thermostat was installed on his advice and we are very pleased with it. Have used you for many years and always satisfied.

Great service, friendly engineer who got the problem sorted quickly

A young engineer came to look at our electric powered heating in the flat and checked to see that everything was working well.All was working well
