I've been waiting over a week for my parcel because the delivery driver got arrested and had his van seized. The only reason I know this is because I contacted the sender. The fact APC know about the situation/delay but haven't contacted me even once to provide any sort of update as to when I'll actually get my parcel is infuriating.

For context I did contact the APC depot responsible for delivery three days after the estimated delivery date. But they just denied the parcel ever arriving at the depot and told me to contact the sender.

Got an email to say my parcel wont be delivered today after being advised it would. No reason given or advice on when it will be rescheduled.

As expected though! Had I realised the company I ordered from used APC, I would not have ordered from them.

I'm amazed APC is still in business!

Horrible service and experience! Parcel supposed to be delivered, suddenly received email that the delivery was attempted however no response. The driver even took a picture, from a completely different address and location!
Paying for express service delivery only to receive the parcel 5 days afterwards.

First time this company delivered to my house I am not impressed at all did not deliver to my house delivered heavy box to the entrance of the block and not at your door no consideration for the person receiving the parcel the fact they ring the intercom to not complete the deliver make no sense I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

APC Overnight are unfortunately used by several of our suppliers. We keep getting notifications of parcels being out for delivery only to be told later in the day 'they attempted delivery but they got no answer' (despite out warehouse being manned at said time with the door wide open) or sorry your delivery is delayed and will be made the following day. We have had the same email day after day for the past 10 days. You call up and are told you've called the wrong depot (Ummm no! I called the number on the bottom of your email notification!), transfer to the right depot, immediately cut off, called back, put through and been listening to music for the past 10 minutes, still no answer! Vendors, please choose a different courier service, they are shocking. I am sure you can't be happy paying for an overnight service only to constantly be let down? What are you actually paying for?

I had a dreadful experience with APC driver today delivering a heavy large box with a lot of damage to it - I tried to check it to see if product inside was damaged to save rejecting it but driver was so impatient and rude to me whilst I was taking photos etc. he was very aggressive and he phoned his manager who I spoke to and I explained how horrible he was being with me (I’m 77years old) and felt very upset and intimidated.his manager apologised on his behalf. Driver continued to be nasty after the phone call ended and said he would refuse to deliver to me again. I rejected delivery and contacted the supplier who intends to take action. I've recommeded my supplier stop using these clowns. Last time it was 3 days late (for an overnight service). Today it's damaged goods so they won't deliver from the local depot, even though I said I would accept and sort.
Utterly terrible...

Parcel didn’t show up. They delivered the next day but still took the money for next day service

DO NOT USE APC!!! Especially if they are delivering abroad. They don't send products abroad until they have a huge number of parcels (Money Saving!)

I live in Ireland and ordered a product from USA. This was on 2nd October. It did not arrive till the 21st October, 10 days more than the expected delivery date!

The tracking is horrific. Days can go by with no updates. And sometimes the tracking button just disappears!

Impossible to get any Customer Service. There are many, many complaints about this.

It may be a bit cheaper, but businesses who use them should re-think it. Your customers are not happy!

It is not 1 star, it is -200

Only problems, they tell you delivery a certain day/ hour after supposedly they have problems and they cancel

They reschedule in 2 or even 3 days, beyond pathetic

DO NOT USE whatever/ whoever you are

They are the worst in the industry

Consignment number 0020748, got an email saying that it would be delivered between 13:28 and 15:28 - waited in but of course nothing delivered as at 23:30 and no notification. Email ignored.
Do not use this useless company..

Just received an email saying it will now be delivered between 09:18 and 11:18 today - no reason given as to why it wasn't delivered yesterday as it should have been. Do I expect it this morning? Ha ha.

Easily the worst courier I've ever had the misfortune to encounter.
They have a parcel I ordered online and apparently it's been out for delivery, every day for the last 4 days and counting!

APC choice are NOT trustworthy. Had my regular dog food supplier change from DPD to these clowns obviously to save money and surprise surprise, the order didnt arrive. Now there is a months worth of raw dog food in a non refrigerated van somewhere thawing out. On trying to track delivery ONLY option I have available to me is to go and collect from the depo! WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO COLLECT WHEN I PAID FOR DELIVERY! This is insane. Says delivery attempted which is a complete and utter lie. Delivery estimate was between 5 and 7pm, so after i realise its not actually going to arrive I try to call, obviously no one is there as its out of hours! try to email, email link on the website does not work. .These reviews need to be put up in the same place as APC reviews as people will miss this section at a quick glance thinking they have good ratings as they dont even use the same logo on thier image! MAKE THEM USE THE SAME LOGO SO PEOPLE KNOW ITS THE SAME DAMN COMPANY!

If there were no stars that's what id give as been waiting since Friday to have parcel collected and no show then arranged for collection today and still no show as absolutely crap as was arranged by Wuva

Zero stars . Appalling company , totally useless . The driver was here parked up but didn’t call or ring the door bell but decided to drive off . Waiting for this delivery two days in a row . Absolutely useless

Would give 0 starts if I could. Don’t want this review to sound like a repeat of the hundreds of other negative reviews on this page but I can’t stress enough to stay well clear from this company. If you could even call it one. If they don’t do something to mess you around the first 4 or 5 times. Don’t worry. They will see to that. The courier claimed he had attempted to deliver my parcel. Instead he just took a photo of it outside my house and put it in his van and said nobody was in to take the parcel. And judging by the video my cctv gave me he didn’t even walk up and knock on the door. They then said they would attempt delivery the next day. They didn’t. So I had to go about a hour out of my way to pick it up from one of there depots. And let me tell you something that place was more depressing than a council estate doll office in the 80s and full of angry customers that clearly have gone through the same experience as me. Every single person in that depot coming to pick up there parcel didn’t have anything good to say about there experience. They say oil and water don’t mix. Apc choice and a bunch of angry mechanics and grumpy old blokes in there 50s that need there parcels mixed with a bunch of rude and unprofessional receptionist don’t mix either. I have spent over 20 years as a charity worker in deprived countries in central Africa and the Middle East. I have seen a smoother and more politely run workforce of people in war torn Sudan and Yemen than the people at APC. STAY WELL CLEAR DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Ordered plumbing items that were supposed to be delivered 6th October .. they didn’t arrive . Next day said time slot . Still didn’t arrive . Called them to see if they had issue with locating house .. gave them details . Still hasn’t arrived on 9th October and we had plumber booked in . Absolute joke of a company

New bike box had a big hole in it. Driver tried to pressure my 10 year old son into signing for it before I got to the door. Shameful.
Bike inside was damaged which I didnt discover until I'd fully opened the box.
Wasted loads of my time trying to arrange for it to be collected for a return.
Drivers claimed they had visited when they hadnt.
Had to call the depot twice and give very clear directions but drivers kept going to the wrong address and claiming I wasnt in.
Terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible company . Just received a text message informing me that I was not in for parcel delivery at 2pm . Blatant lie as I took the day off to wait for the parcel. Disappointing as I will no longer order from this specific company who uses APC Overnight . Which is a shame as I genuinely like the companies products . However, I just cannot deal with APC and their dishonest delivery practices.
