Having requested a quote via the Apeer website , some months ago . No one has even contacted me .
so I recon this is a very inefficient company .

So this is the 2nd time Apeer have asked me about my experience I just ignored the first. But as they are sos persistent here we go!
After submitting a query through their website contact page enquiring about a new front door they took my details and said an authorised supplier would be intouch.
After two weeks they emailed me to ask me how I got on. I replied to say no one as yet had been intouch.
Now they ask me to leave a review. Guess what? After 3 months still no one has been intouch.
Take from this experience what you will.

Having to finally adult and pick doors - I found the website easy to use and instead of going for a traditional door on my Victorian townhouse I picked a modern front door through using the website door builder. I am delighted with the door and also picked a half door for the back door which has always been a dream! Caitlain was a great support doubling checking the order and specifications. The fitting team were a credit - they befriended my feisty dashound to make the experience great! Thank you the noise reduction heat is great and the overall look of the house has been lifted- Delighted!

I bought a composite front door from their distributor Weathermaster Ltd in 2021. Firstly the door was delivered in the wrong colour so I refused to let them take it out of the van. Weeks later I received the correct door and all was fine until a year later when the bottom part of the door lifted which they repaired.
All was fine again until last year I noticed the colour of the door was fading. After contacting the distributor they advised that I after disputing that I had cleaned the door with something other than warm soapy water ( which I hadn’t ) there was nothing they could do despite the 10 year warranty!
I contacted the company directly who after a call said they would offer a free re-spray of the door.
8 months later no re-spray and the door is fading by the month.
Very disappointing as I paid top money for this door.
I would highly stress to look at the other negative reviews about colour fading. I wish I had seen those reviews

Quality of the product is really good. We ordered two apeer doors, however the second door came in a good 20cm too wide. While they are rectifying the problem, this whole fiasco has delayed the remaining work and is possibly affecting the grants time period. I wish they could expedite the manufacturing process when such errors occur.

Door looks great, aperture left for cat flap is correct size.
1 star removed as the Door has required adjustment 1 month after fitting because the door stopped closing! Had to call out fitters to adjust it and there is now a draught on the handle side which I reluctantly had to put draught excluder tape onnyhe inside ofvthe door to stop it

Made at least 2 attempts at contact with apeer,and got no reply.

Everything went smoothly and fitted in a few hours really like the sore and how secure it feels

Completed a request online, told one of there approved distributors would be in contact within 72hrs. Nothing. A week later Apeer sent an email asking if anyone had been in contact. Replied not heard anything. They said they would look into that. But heard nothing back. Not a good experience directly from the company.

The best investment I made this year was buying a apeer front and back door I can notice a difference in my front porch and back utility room being a lot warmer and quieter. Also with my free magnet wreth holder upgrade for my Christmas wreath which looks amazing 👏

Excellent Windows and doors struggle to find better in regard to variety and styles

I’ve been working here in the door factory on the gluing side, and overall it’s a good place to work. The team at foamfill are genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes a big difference day to day. Management are supportive and treat people fairly.
There are good incentives as well – turning up on time all week earns a £25 bonus, which adds up to £100 a month, so reliability is actually rewarded. At Christmas they also gave us a free 6kg turkey as a bonus (or a ham as you had the choice), which was a really nice gesture and shows they appreciate their staff.
The workload is reasonable and the atmosphere on the shop floor is relaxed enough without being chaotic. If you’re looking for steady work with decent bonuses and friendly people, this is a solid place to be.
Fell in love way the place especially due to the 4 day working week. Feels like a holiday every single weekend. Writing this on the 18th December, and we are off today to enjoy a full 17 days off on pay, and enjoy Christmas.

A great company to work for and great owners , worked for them more than 20 years.
