Unfortunately, my experience with HHI has been very disappointing.

The bathroom installation initially looked good, but a number of issues became apparent shortly afterwards. The sink has developed faults, there is mould developing underneath the sink due to what appears to be poor workmanship, and the installers reused old, tarnished rings around the ceiling lights instead of fitting new ones, which has affected the overall finish.

The most frustrating part has been the aftercare. I have been chasing a replacement sink since March. The contractor has called on two separate occasions to say they would arrange to replace it, but despite these assurances, I am still waiting and have received no resolution.

Good customer service doesn’t end when the installation is complete. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and failure to address these ongoing issues has left me very disappointed. I hope HHI will now take responsibility and resolve these outstanding faults as soon as possible.

I had my bathroom installed by HHI in 2018. I contacted them on Friday 11th June 2026 regarding issues with my toilet flusher. Stephen the plumber arrived on Tuesday 16th and sorted this. As he went to leave I asked for details to transfer payment. Stephen checked with the office and advised me that there was no charge. I was gobsmacked. Thank you HHI for the amazing job and also for my amazing kitchen which you installed the following year. Xx

We recently had our front and back doors supplied and fitted by HHI and are absolutely delighted with them. Alan visited our home to help us choose the right doors and his professionalism, friendliness and experience were evident from the outset. He listened to what we wanted, offered excellent advice and guided us through the options without any pressure, making the whole decision process straightforward.
As with previous experiences with HHI, the communication from Abbi and Donna was exceptional. They were always friendly, helpful and efficient, keeping us updated throughout and making everything run seamlessly. The installation was carried out by Philip and his team, who were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble. All done within one morning. They were friendly, left everything clean and tidy, and Philip took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions before he left. The whole experience was completely stress free and the quality of the finished doors is fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending HHI to anyone looking for new doors.

I have just had pvc cladding done on my outside sills. From my initial phonecall everything was done in a very professional and friendly manner from Gareth calling to measure to Conor doing the installation. I would recommend it to anyone

From our initial appointment with Gavin through to the tradesmen who installed our new kitchen we cannot fault HHI Bangor in any way. Each and every person we dealt with was polite, their work was clean and they were punctual each day. A special thank you also goes to Jim who overseen the whole project and went the extra mile for us regarding our dining room floor.

We did have a couple of minor issues with the kitchen on completion but these were dealt with quickly.

Honestly, we would have no hesitation in recommending HHI to family and friends.

Recently had a new bathroom installed by HHI Castlereagh. The service was excellent from the minute I walked into the showroom until completion. The tradesmen where great and all cleared up after them. It took me 3 years to save for this and it was well worth the wait. Love it and would highly recomment this company.

Staff are lovely and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with new bathroom.
I was not happy that I was given power shower when I had asked for electric shower. I complained and issue was sorted within a couple of weeks. I cannot fault the service provided.
I strongly recommend HHI.

Good service by HHI Lisburn, lots of communication, friendly staff and straight forward process. I had Dry Verge fitted around the house. Lead time was only 4-5 weeks vs estimate of 8-10weeks.
Job finished professionally in 2.5 hours (on a very windy day) by Chris McCabe. Would recommend to neighbours.

We had a fantastic experience with HHI , from the start with the very friendly and welcoming Abbi at reception, Jen who was so helpful and knowledgeable helping us to design our kitchen.
We were so impressed with the team who put our design into reality. Stuart who fitted it, Robert who sorted out our electrical work and Aaron for all the plumbing work. They went above and beyond to sort things out for us.
And not forgetting Sophie in the office coordinating everything.

From initial telephone enquiry contact the process for selecting my doors from the comfort of my home as the sales rep Gareth came to me, right through the surveyors visit and then finally getting my new doors installed yesterday this was smooth. Had a composite front door supplied and fitted by the Bangor branch. Had an issue with one of the hinges after the warranty had lapsed. Great after sales service from the folks in Bangor as they took ownership of the problem and quickly supplied a replacement. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Replaced windows and doors, the installation was completed to an excellent standard by Nicholas and James. Attention to detail, clean job and a healthy bit of banter. We can't fault their professionalism - highly recommended!

Had a new porch made and installed by the Newtownabbey branch, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, and the team were professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. Mark in particular stood out—he is one of the hardest-working and most skilled workers they have. His attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in his work really showed in the final result.

We also had all new windows installed by the same team, and once again the standard of work was excellent. Everything was completed to a high quality, on time, and with no issues at all. The difference it has made to our home is fantastic.

Overall, we’re extremely pleased with the service and workmanship and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.

Great service from the trade counter in Bangor

I had a full new bathroom fitted and from the beginning in the show room with michael to the men coming to my home to carry out the work I couldn't be happier. Everyone one of them were so professional! At the end of each day my home was left spotless and their attention to detail was second to none. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

In comparison to other companies, their pricing is anything but competitive. A neighbour had guttering and fascia boards fitted by another company for considerably less, and their surveyor actually visited the site before a quote. The best advice is to seek other quotes and testimonials before committing yourself.
