Fraudulent educational information..combating when questioned.. Not qualified from my experience with this company

Shocking company to deal with and mislead you into signing up.Luckily I had evidence that I was misled so I didn’t make any payment and the IVA was closed but it still went on my credit record and 4 years on I am still suffering despite paying my debt off in full!

Awful company ... no way of actually speaking to an actual person no reply to emails !!
Still taking a cut of any ppi payments 2 and half years after completing it , which another company said was wrong .
Payed 9,000 over what we actually owed . Held money back and payed creditors in dribs and drabs which we could have done ourselves . My advice would be to speak to creditors and go through them , this company have made us struggle for 7 and a half years now and we are unable to apply for help for home improvements because of them ... please Avoid !!!

Absolutely descusted by the way I've been treated I've been out of this IVA for over two years and I have been told that my IVA has been past on to another company but they can't help me as I'm still on the register so my credit is awful still please do not go down the route of an IVA as they don't tell you but it stays on your credit for another 5 years after completion and what you pay them for is shocking. They have taken around £19000 from me and note not had debt of £10,000 and are still taking ppi after two years plus so I can't move on with anything, gutted to be honest

This company are terrible. I cancelled my iva due to them increasing my monthly payment more than double what I was paying, without my income changing. So I proceed to cancel it and now they are refusing to give me my certificate of termination which I've been asking for since July, so this is now down as a ccj on my credit report amd I cannot get it off because this company are refusing to give me my certificate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

i paid mine off completely in september 2019, still dont have completion and they also tell me it will take 28 days to refund money owed to me, this is atrocious they can do it in 5 minutes or less. telephone contact nigh on impossible , 40 minute wait followed by 30 minute dont touch with barge pole. finally after threatening them with ombudsman, got completion which was finished 5 months ago, am now going to ombudsman because companies refuse to remove data off credit report and still no refund.

Awaiting some ppi money back, have been fobbed of at every turn. My kids are suffering because of them by not paying what I'm owed.

Appaling, but they don't care, they have no responsibility to anyone now as they have sold the IVA business to Jarvis. I'm still awaiting a refund on PPi statutory interest after 4 months and last reply I had was "Unfortunately, the system change is outside our control and this is the reason for the significant delay to our processes and ability to make payment to yourself" the calculation they can do "The calculation for what is owed is not the reason for the delay, as advised in my earlier email, there will be a significant delay with your payment and I cannot provide you with a definitive timescale on when this will be issued at present." This was early September 2020, I can only think of one reason why this refund hasn't been made and that is that they are insolvent!!! Ironic really

Appalling company . Again they have passed over the handling of our IVA to another company without our previous knowledge or notification .
We only found out yesterday 06/09/2020 when an email came from another named company called Jarvisiva who informed me that they have taken over Aperture IVA.
I am determined to find out what is going on here .
When we first got involved in an IVA it was with Grant Thornton . G.T. then became Aperture IVA . However yesterday the email from Jarvisiva claimed that Aperture is no longer dealing with our IVA but that they ( Jarvisiva ) are .
I have paid in excess off 9000 to Grant Thornton then Aperture . I would like to know where my money has gone !!!!! I discovered that a pittance was getting paid to my creditors and most were getting nothing . It beggars belief .
It also stated in the email from Jarvisiva that the Aperture Portal is no longer active .

As an afterthought , I am now wondering as to how Aperture never mentioned our IVA as being "OURS" . They have lately referred to it as only mine of late .

I am also reporting to the Ombudsman .
My concern is that within the past month or 6 weeks Aperture have received a full I & E from me with evidence of a private nature .
The email has stated that Jarvisa took over the business via a court just recently so who has our recently updated data ????

Most horrific company I have ever come across AVOID

If ypu want to be trapped, mis-sold, ignored and led up garden path after garden path then they are for you.

10 years coming up since my IVA and despite now be closed still have several issues.

I am lodging a complaint with ombudsman and have taken advice around a mis selling case as so many laws have been broken.

Please please dont make mistake like me.

I was vary sceptical about taking up an IVA, the customer service team talked me through the procedures on what & how an IVA works and it worked for me

Let them do their job and Aperture are exceptional even during these times. Always helpful and courteous I cannot thank the staff I dealt with enough. You helped change my life for the better.

Here through stupidity but these people helped us out and although very restrictive it’s sorted out the issue. Highly recommended

I have had no dealings with Aperture. I did go through an IVA in 2003 but with someone else. However I have claimed PPI back and Aperture have swiped the lot without my permission. Do not know them. Do not want to know them and want my PPI claims money back.

The process was made very easy for me and took away the stress and worry of my financial problems. I am very grateful , and wish to thank all involved in dealing with my case.

The only constructive criticism I have is that information put on the portal was not acknowledged and required me to follow up. Also important information taken by telephone frontline staff was not always passed on to the right person, hence causing delays in dealing with it. Overall however I was happy with the service and the final outcome. Thank you again.
