Placed order well over a month ago, emailed to see when delivery was only to be told there cancelled and refund was give . Checked PayPal no refund so emailed back no answer. Had to raise a case with PayPal to receive refund

Placed order and chased for weeks by enail but no response. Phoned and was told it had been cancelled but checked and no email recieved. No apology given and no refund received. Had to raise a case with PayPal.

AVOID BUYUNG FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Bought some F12 seats costing £25k inc Necessary looms. Looms were wrong - had zero contact from Apex, even tho I texted Dan several times, until SBR Engineering who are excellent solved the problem - then Dan could’nt wait to contact me. In my opinion typical breaker mentality selling PREMIUM goods. Would I go back - not sure!!

Ordered part, chased for an update to be told the part is out of stock. I asked for a refund and still no money received. I have also emailed many times and they fail to reply. I would avoid this company. Am currently out of pocket and have no part which was for my young daughter’s car.

I’m from Stoke and have been to a fair few garages over the years, but Apex has honestly exceeded all my expectations. They are the best priced around, get the job done well ahead of time, and most importantly, they’re reliable — not cowboys like I’ve unfortunately come across elsewhere. I spoke to Azar who looked after me brilliantly, and I left feeling confident and looked after. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH APEX AGAIN! I’ve done business with hundreds of vendors on eBay, apex has been the WORST! Save your the headache and money. 20% restocking fee and buyer pay return shipping. I HATE DOING BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES LIKE APEX! NEVER AGAIN! You all will never get another dollar from me! Customer service speak little to no English. Be Careful! They offered me $20 credit to my account when I send the bumper back. It cost $197.12 fedex to ship, lol these people are clowns and ripping customer off.

Spot on! We are Engine rebuilders and we use a guy called Ali, he is fast and efficient with us and goes the extra mile to make sure he can supply us with the parts that we need. We only use this company and haven’t had a single issue with the parts, can’t beat them on price.

I have been using Apex now for over 3 years. They have always been competitively priced and kept me informed on delivery times. I’m shocked to read the reviews about bad customer service as they’ve always been spot on with me. I’m not a friend or family member, I run a company called Midland Timing Chains and they supply all my chain covers so in excess of 800 items purchased now. They have even sent them direct to customers for me if I’ve miscalculated what I needed.
