I wish I had read the reviews on these scammers before we ordered our items. Judging by the reviews on this website, seems like everyone has had problems with their messed up Terrible service. Kindly don't buy anything. You will get wrong item and them they will make you pay for right part and after that no refund .
kept ringing and every time new excuse. I don't blame customer service staff look like management also letting them down.2 5 star reviews from 4000 miles away where they don't even use these parts.

Ordered a cambelt kit for a Renault Megane. They checked it by the registration and confirmed it would fit. Stripped the car down and none of the parts were anywhere near correct. Opened a return via eBay and they provided postage. Postage wasn’t for anywhere near the correct weight they may as well have send me a first class stamp!!! Had to pay nearly £20 to send it back and then left feedback on eBay due to absolutely shocking customer service blaming me for ordering it when they said it’s the correct cambelt kit. Had proof it was delivered back to them and they refused to refund my money until the review was removed which I cannot do- only they can do this!!!! Went through eBay and got my money back and I’m still going through proceedings with eBay to take this matter further. THEY SELL YOU THE WRONG PARTS AND THEN BLAME YOU FOR BUYING THEM. ALL 5* REVIEWS ARE STAFF AND FRIENDS OR FAMILY ALL FAKE. DO NOT FUND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY SELL CHEAP CRAP AND TAKE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT BEING INCORRECT. NO RESPECT AT ALL FOR BUYERS.

Hello, I bought parts for my Land Rover from Apex car parts, which are of very poor quality. Are there any Chinese crap and it is not worth spending your hard-earned money on them?

Quality of parts is really bad, dont buy!

Brought some bottom end bearings for a 2.5t Mondeo - Sent reg plate and engine number to them for them to sent me the totally wrong parts. They were still sealed in the box when I sent them back. Sent a picture of my baring compared to theirs - their attitude was appalling!! 'if you don't like it send it back' - They could not accept they were in the wrong!!!!!!

Hola esta gente les pondría un nombre ESTAFADORES ESTAFADORES,LADRONES, SINBERGUENZAS, e comprado un cigüeñal de después de pagarlo tuve que pagar unos aranceles y cuando el mecánico lo tenía montado no era el mismo tubo que habría el motor otra vez el motor ,les escribo para decirle que no es el mismo y me dicen que quieren imágenes,lo desmonta el mecánico le mando las imágenes con el que yo tenía roto y el que APEX me manda y me dicen que sus técnicos tiene que revisar el fallo, así llevo 3 meses y ahora ni me contestas me gasto el dinero tiempo horas de mecánico y estos LADRONESde guante blanco no responden pues seguramente coja un avión y me presente allí con la policía y los denuncio aunque me cueste más pero no se reirán de mí y de más gente son ESTAFADORES

compre un cigueñal hace 9 meses y tiene 2000 km, se partio el cigueñal.
Hicimos una compra de 1144 libras y ha durado 2000km. Ahora no se hacen cargo de la garantia.
Es el segundo cigueñal que les he comprado y se ha partido. mejor no comprar. Alegan que la garantia la dan ellos y no pone en ningun lugar el tiempo minimo de garantia de un articulo.

I bought a crankshaft 9 months ago and it has 2000 km, the crankshaft broke.
We made a purchase of 1144 pounds and it has lasted 2000km. Now they do not take charge of the guarantee.
It is the second crankshaft that I have bought from them and it has broken. better not buy. They allege that the guarantee is given by them and does not state the minimum guarantee time for an article anywhere.

Absolutely terrible costumer service.
The sell rebranded parts made for other cars and when it doesn’t fit properly they just deny any wrongdoing.

When you then are forced to pay for shipping the incorrect parts back to them they “disappear” in the mail.

Use a more serious supplier, Apex is not worth the trouble and you will end up loosing money and time.

Bought some part on Thursday and have paid extra £10 for next day delivery. Item will come ant Monday. While buying no was any information when time cut off after 12pm for next day delivery.

Very nice service and honest company! Helped us in a pinch to get gear mechanism. Could easily have charged us but wouldn't take any extra money for the quick delivery. Highly recommend!

Don't buy anything from Apex! Kiss your money and time goodbye!!!

Don't just buy anything from this seller. Don't know how to sell the right part. They sold me the wrong crankshaft and they don’t have the man to admit their own mistake. Unhappy activities. I told them very precisely which engine I needed for the crankshaft and they still sent the wrong one. They do not receive any response to emails or chats. The worst seller ever !!!

If all the parts that Apex Auto Parts sells are of such quality as the Range Rover crankshaft I bought in this company, I feel sorry for the buyers and I wish you much determination and patience to get any compensation. No contact from their site, they remove posts in which the truth about their operation is written.
