Honestly, I can’t thank the team at Apex Coaching Academy enough. From day one, my coach Adam has helped me reshape not just my body but my mindset too. Big shoutout to Brodie for that first chat on Instagram. If it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have taken the first step, and I’m so glad I did.

I’m twelve kilos down, feeling stronger than ever, and I’ve learnt so much about nutrition along the way. Joining Apex has honestly been one of the best things I’ve ever done. The team are always there when you need them, whether it’s a quick chat, a call, or a FaceTime, and the community of like-minded guys keeps you going when it gets tough.

I hit a new PB last week, 60kg shoulder press for six reps, and I haven’t missed a single session since starting. I first signed up for twelve weeks, and here I am nine months later because I’ve loved every minute of it.

Brodie has been phenomenal as a coach and mentor this year. His experience and knowledge has given me great personal results and the lessons I’ve transferred over to the business and family has been greatly beneficial.

I joined the APEX coaching academy looking forward guidance in overall wellbeing throughout a blurry part of my recent years. Brodie listened to my needs and recommended things that I didn’t even know I wanted at the time.
