When I came to Brodie at Apex, I was at my biggest, most depressed and most desperate point in my life.

Brodie and his team took me on, coached, and guided me with compassion and honesty. Everything from the programs, to the weekly check-ins and the discussions around them provided me with the tools and confidence to become the man I needed to be so I could become the man I wanted to be.

These guys live by what they preach and are a haven for all men trying to find their way. I am forever grateful to Brodie and will always support anything he does.

If you’re thinking about signing up, do it.

Brodie is a very experienced, knowledgeable and supportive coach. His no bullshit approach is exactly what’s missing in this space. Transparency and honesty around what’s required to actually achieve your goals is so important, and Brodie ticks these boxes in all aspects. He teaches what you need to remain sustainable after the program, but holds you accountable through every step of the course ensuring you’re set up for success. One of the best coaches out there, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Brodie and the Apex Team have been nothing short of incredible. I engaged Brodie when I made the decision to complete a full Ironman - I was looking for support over and about a basic plan, with Brodie delivering on an incredible strength program and nutrition plan that was both relevant to me and my busy schedule, but also relevant to the overall goal that a lot of other coaches missed. Above all this, and the reason I'm still with Apex 10 months on, is Brodie's thorough understand of the performance of mindset - when taking on a challenge of this size, the physical side was only one part, with the mental side a massively prudent component too, and it was Brodie's incredible understanding and support on this side that helped push through to great things.

If you're looking for a real performance coach, I would look no further. Apex is the performance coaching squad.

Working with Adam and Brodie through APEX has been life changing for me. Obviously it’s nice to drop weight but the program goes deeper than that. They provide knowledge of not only fitness but nutrition as well. The support these guys give for your mental and physical health goes above and beyond what you would normally get out of having a fitness coach. They are really passionate and care about what they do and seeing people do well.

I appreciate how easy the team made it for me to understand and apply the methods to benefit myself. My results were fantastic and have inspired me to keep going with my goals. I love how I look and feel thanks to the coaching guys here. Cannot recommend highly enough.
