Ross was really helpful and he was able to sort the issues I was having with my laptop really quickly and got it all back up and running.

Apex provides our outsourced IT. Today Christy responded to two individual IT tickets and actioned them both via remote access. Very impressed with the speed and efficiency and Christy's commitment to customer service.

He was extremely knowledgeable but most of all, he was very patient with me (someone who is not at all tech savvy!).

Shaed Hussain sorted my query until the end. There were a couple of obstacles and he didn't shy away from them. He tackled them head on. He calmed any anxiety I had. I would recommend him going forward.

Had an ongoing issue with files and syncing but Shaed Hussain worked tirelessly and made everything work again. So grateful to him and his dedication to gaining the best outcome despite it looking pretty bleak at times.
