Ross was really helpful and he was able to sort the issues I was having with my laptop really quickly and got it all back up and running.

The whole team always go over and above to help and resolve even the most mundane of queries. On this occassion Laura even came away from her lunchbreak to help deal with an issue for me swiftly!
