Update on Apex Apex have no customer support team, and ignore messages that are sent with regard to maintenance and subscriptions. You'll find it very hard to cancel your membership once signed up... もっと見る

Apex are such a great alternative to other stationary bikes on the market. My favourite part is the sense of community we have as all the instructors are so involved in the brand, it really does feel like a family. Seeing familiar names on the leaderboards each time makes me more motivated. The classes are fun, lively and really bring the true essence of spin into your living room.
The spin bike is excellent. The build quality is very good with a robust and sturdy mechanism. The resistance range is great, although it is very sensitive to changes. The software is great providing all of the metrics required, i.e. power, cadence and distance with a fairly accurate calories burnt calculation.
I have not participated in the live classes yet, but the catalogue of offline classes is more than sufficient and constantly updated.
Utterly appalling. No communication in response to numerous emails to cancel subscription. They cancelled my subscription which stopped me accessing the app but the company continues to take payment each month. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times with no response. I would NEVER recommend this company.
My Apex bike is an invaluable part of my fitness routine. There are plenty of classes available both live and historically so never a problem finding one to suit my needs. There are plenty subscription is very reasonable and the bike sturdy and reliable.
Worst customer service ever! Emailed multiple times as my app and bike have not been connecting. Still unresolved after months and the whole time I’m continuing to be charged for the App which is not working!! No phone number to call.
I wish I’d gone with a peloton instead- decent customer service I hear!!
Originally bought into the Apex experience for the initial year, however it behave to say the content has gone very stale and as such it is very difficult to “keep with it” when other competitive suppliers are producing new, innovative and motivational content on a regular basis. Integrations to innovative cycling apps like Rouvy are just not available rendering Apex a little out of touch.

Really poor! Ordered a bike weeks ago. Told it had been dispatched… after weeks of waiting I chased and was told the bike I wanted wasn’t available but a different colour was… I accepted this and waited again… after chasing again I was told this bike wasn’t available either and simply put I wouldn’t get any bike and have a refund. The bike was still available online so check you aren’t being scammed to hand over money to a business with no intention of selling you a bike.

I love my Apex bike. I sometimes lack motivation but the sessions are so easy follow with guidance throughout and great motivation. Always feel proud to use my bike and after a session proud of myself for giving it a go

I bought from them on the 7th of March, 2023, for £628.99. I was paying £29.99 every month.
Despite multiple emails explaining what is (currently) wrong with the goods and the issue I have had trying to fix it, which entitles me to a refund.
Since the 11th of March, 2023, I reported a fault with the bike. In my email, I stated that the bike was making a knocking sound. Since the initial fault was reported, I have had to follow up multiple times. I want to outline the following events:
- I reported the faulty bike on 11th March 2023.
- Someone was booked for 04th April 2023 but retired.
- Another person was booked for 11th April 2023 and could not rectify the issue.
- I contacted the engineer after he ordered bearings to set another repair date on the 6th of May, 2023. No response.
- I contacted Apex for a repair on 12th May 2023.
- The same engineer was booked for the 21st of June, 2023, and could not rectify the issue.
- The engineer booked another date for the 10th of July 2023 and then called in sick.
- I followed up with Apex on 7th August 2023.
- Anne from Apex responded on my birthday, 15th of August 2023, and accused me of missing the last engineer visit, unaware the engineer John Hadlow called in sick and never organised another date.
- A new engineer, Ryan Stewart, was booked for 20th September 2023 and could not rectify the issue.
- I followed up with Apex on the 18th of October, 2023. At this point, I requested a refund for the bike.
- On the 18th of October 2023, Apex offered a refund for only three months of subscription.
- On the 22nd of October 2023, I requested a refund for the bike, but there was no response.
- On the 30th of October 2023, I requested a refund for the bike, but there was no response.
- On the 1st of December 2023, they finally replied, offering me a 50% refund and since then ignored every email.
Now you all know my experience, avoid this company at all costs. They don't care about customer service and never once followed any failed engineer appointments without a prompt. It's very insulting since they delivered a broken product, made me follow up constantly for it to be fixed, continued taking payments for a broken bike then offered me only 50%. Such a sad interaction; poor form from Apex.
The worst thing is that a few engineers informed me multiple people had the same issue. Someone in the same apartment block as me and they said good luck with getting through to them let alone a refund because they wont answer. I guess they were right.They either have cheap or defective parts. However, this issue should not be passed on to the customer.

Difficulty with cancelling subscription after min term - you have to persist with hello@apex inbox . I am advised you should be able to cancel using the app soon - hope it speeds up the process.
We have had the worst experience so far with our order. we ordered a bike in black friday- then got told it was out of stock a month later, and offered the blue colour. then they found the right colour for us, but the blue one got delivered early jan, then had to wait a week for it to be collected, and the correct colour delivered to us. and now the bike is faulty. What is going on?!

Very expensive once you’ve paid the £1200 I paid for my bike now offering them at £699 to have to pay £30 a month for pointless classes I always use the own ride timer that’s all and the stats don’t work no matter how long I ride or how far they always come out the same it’s a con

I love it! I brought my bike 2nd hand, I had a couple of problems connecting I emailed for help and they responded quickly and were very helpful. I have subscribed to their classes and I’m having a fantastic time. I love comparing my classes to see how I’m improving. I’d love to be able to open a table that showed my metrics next to each other as time moves on. I’m new to spinning I used to swim but I can’t find the time after my 2nd child. Apex is great I can spin while the baby naps.
Ordered the bike four weeks ago and still not received it. The delivery company has cancelled the delivery twice, both times an hour before the delivery was due to take place, citing issues with the route. I live in Central London so don't think they can use the excuse of it being in a remote location. Have requested a refund on the bike and the 12 month membership I bought at the same time but no response from them. Hoping I haven't been scammed out of £800+
EDIT November 2025 - almost a year later, after the company confirmed they cancelled the order and the bank returned my £800+ after I disputed the charge, I have again been charged £299.99. This is despite not having a bike and Apex confirming they've cancelled my order. Hoping I get this money back via my bank again but another reminder to AVOID THIS COMPANY. Hope I don't have to do this every year as I have no way of cancelling this order myself.

I've been riding my Apex Pike for a few months now, and overall, I'm very happy with the bike itself. The classes are great and well-structured. However, the app is a complete mess.
It constantly crashes and I can't even log in or get to the login screen most of the time. Their support is horrendous. I've emailed them three times about these issues, and they still haven't resolved the issue. It feels like they're not putting any effort into maintaining the app or providing decent customer support.
It's ridiculous that they charge a monthly fee for this service when the app is so unreliable and the support is so poor.
4 weeks after ordering I have still not received the bike. Apparently a 3rd party delivery company has it though Apex won’t tell me who that is or provide tracking. I emailed to cancel and request a refund a week ago and Apex has not processed this leaving me £630 out of pocket and unable to order from a more reliable company. If you are thinking of ordering from here, I would recommend you don’t.

Enthusiastic instructors who I feel are talking to me, which encourages me to work harder!
So pleased with my purchase and subscription.
