A 13h48 le colis est arrivé au hub et a 13h48 il était reparti au destinataire car « adresse incorrecte ». Passons sur leur site incroyablement mal fichu et lâinexistence dâun service dâassistance en France, jâai directement contacté le site du vendeur qui mâa expliqué quâeffectivement, il nâétait pas rare avec ce service que les colis soient retournés, perdus ou⊠volés ! Toutefois ils ne peuvent rien y faire visiblementâŠ.

APG eCommerce Solutions providesâŠ
APG eCommerce Solutions provides extremely poor service and unreliable tracking. My parcel showed âArrived at Facilityâ and then had no updates for over two weeks, missing the delivery deadline.
When I contacted support, I received completely contradictory responses â one claiming the parcel was still in their warehouse awaiting export due to backlog, and another saying it had already arrived in Australia but APG had no visibility.
Support refused to investigate, closed tickets automatically, and pushed responsibility back to the seller.
Tracking is meaningless, accountability is nonexistent, and customer support offers scripted excuses instead of real assistance.
I would not trust APG with any important or time-sensitive delivery.
Garbage business operation
All parcels I order from UK take nearly 2 weeks to even show in tracking as being sent. Once it arrives in my country there is NEVER any tracking update except to say it's arrived in destination country. From that point it is a case of "pot luck" as to whether or not the parcel will even arrive. 95% of parcels that do turn up are MOSTLY running LATE!! Fed up with waiting for items that are supposedly in destination country yet somehow the delivery company does NOT know the parcels exact location
Lost in transit terrible shipping agent
Placed an order 20 days ago. Didnât get any information on my orders whereabouts or when it would be arriving. Today received an email that it was lost in transit. 100% the worst shipping experience I have ever had.
APG's service and customer service are appalling
I deal regularly with a company who insist on using APG for international shipping. This year I've had five different parcels arrive in my country, be scanned at a city/hub, and then sit inactive for weeks/months at a time. All enquiries to APG are met with automated form replies that never address my actual question and then ignore any further e-mails. Only when I give poor feedback does an actual human answer me; even then they ignore my actual questions about the whereabouts of my parcels and say "once it's in your country it's no longer our responsibility" and claim they have no information about which city/hub the parcels were scanned at. It's ridiculous to have to keep obtaining refunds for parcels the tracking information shows are clearly in my country.

My package hasnât been updated for 2 weeks since being checked in, but APG insists itâs at customs. They wonât answer emails after the first message, and nobody picks up the phone. Absolutely worthless company.
No Information on Parcel Whereabouts
Claimed they have no visibility on the whereabouts of my items due to the service paid for by the retailer. Having been tracking it everyday and then today all tracking is vanished and the customer service team has advised that they only track my items up until arrive in Australia. So I have no idea where my items are. Theyâve told me to contact the retailer who is also no help (World of Books). Just want my books for study purposes. Very annoyed.

Can't give a 0 star review, so 1 star it is. Looks like my replacement book (for the first one they already lost) has also gone missing. I have previously had a different book from this book company with no hassle.

Contacted APG about a package that hasnât been delivered: After enquiring, I received an email response stating that once the package has arrived in the country "APG is no longer able to provide further information" and "To contact the merchant you placed an order with for further assistance"!
What a joke. A shipping company that can't provide information on a parcel they are responsible for delivering.

I ordered from a us vendor and it was all moving through post fine I was getting updates every day until it was handed over to APG eCommerce solutions . The day it was handed over to apg global ecommerce was the day all tracking stopped I received one notification to say that they had my parcel and it was safe but then it didnât move for 30 days I kept messaging them over and over again with no replyâs because all their phone numbers provided online have been disconnected they wonât give you any real way to contact them and speak to a human they like it that way because they get to continue to steal all our parcels without ever having to speak to any of their victims . you can email them but they ignore you and their response if you do get one is always the same for all of us victims who have fallen prey to the thieves of APG they just try tell us they lost it and they are working towards not letting it happen again so âŠWORKING TOWARDS AS IN THEY ARE GOING TO STEAL HEAPS MORE YET . for anyone saying you should have checked the reviews or wish I checked the reviews itâs ð¯ not our fault we are not psychic we canât tell what dodgy shipping company the sellers have chosen to go threw because if we did we would never order thatâs probably why the sellers donât advertise who they ship with when they are using losers like APG WHO STEAL LITERALLY EVERYONES PARCELS ðŠ I GIVE THEM 0 out OF 5 stars !

I didnât receive email to pay duties from APG but my tracking status was âawaiting duties payment/IDâ for 5 or 6days so I contacted them asking whatâs going on with my parcel. Only thing they told me was to pay for duties but I had no idea how to or how much. APG was keep ignoring my email so I asked ASOS for help and then they told me to wait until estimate delivery date and if I donât receive my order by then, they can investigate this caseâŠ
I read bad reviews in here so I had lost hope but somehow it was delivered and itâs way before the estimate date.
In their tracking system, my order is still in GB so I guess nothing is working properly but sometime they actually deliver .
