Refuses RMA
A reseller refused a RMA for a motherboard with a hidden production problem, referred to manufacturer Kontron, who offers a repair but refuses to accept the faulty product sent directly from the buyer and refers to distributor API GbmH, who refused to provide an RMA too, pointing to the now non-responsive reseller. All three are pointing to each other and no-one is taking responsibility or offering help. Both API and Kontron hide behind company rules and the 2 year German legal warranty, despite the fact that the problem was introduced at manufacture, a bit longer than 2 years ago.
