I had a great experience with Samawa Perfumes and wanted to share my appreciation for their service. I recently received the following fragrances: Guy Laroche Drakkar Noir, Davidoff Cool Water, Rasasi Oudh Al Mubakhar, and Maison AlHambra Delilah Blanc Eau de Parfum. All of them arrived in excellent condition and met my expectations in terms of quality and authenticity.

Initially, I expected the delivery to arrive on Tuesday afternoon or sometime before the evening. However, I’m very pleased that I reached out to their customer support representative, who was extremely helpful and responsive. They promptly replied via email, provided a clear update on my delivery schedule, and even assisted in correcting my address efficiently.

When the package arrived, I was impressed by how well everything was securely packed, ensuring the perfumes were protected during transit. As a thoughtful gesture, they also included an extra perfume as an Eid gift, which I truly appreciated—it added a personal touch to the entire experience.

Samawa perfumes has been the go-to place for me for most of my perfume purchases in Dubai. They usually have the best prices, ship quickly within a couple of days, have an extremely responsive customer support team.
I still have to try out their 'created' perfumes called 'Amazing Creations', I smelled a few when I had gone to their showroom, gotta try those out next!

-Took about 5 days for order fulfillment.
-Taxes and customs not included means you’ll pay 17%~ extra upon collecting the order
- wonkey website and the app straight up doesn’t work
