This company is terrible, and the person who owns it is mentally unstable. This company is going to shut down very soon.

Fantastic work culture with strong team work and mutual respect . The management appreciates hardwork recognizes efforts. A gr at place to learn grow achieve both professional and personal goals.

🚫 Warning: Stay Away from API DOTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Unprofessional. Mentally Disturbing. A Complete Waste of Time.

After 5 years in the tech industry, I can confidently say that API DOTS PRIVATE LIMITED delivered one of the worst and most mentally disturbing interview experiences of my career.

So ,I was invited for a Node.js + React interview.

The interviewer had lonly 2 years of PHP experience and was literally reading questions off Google No understanding, no relevance.

Then the owner joined and things got worse:

He asked deeply personal, irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the job .

His behavior was cringeworthy and unhygienic constantly putting fingers in his ear and touching himself during the interview it was an pure mantel harrasment

After over an hour of this chaos, they casually told me:

( We can’t even match your current salary.)

Then why call me at all? Why waste someone’s time and energy when you don't have a budget or basic hiring clarity?

🛑 This is more than just a bad interview.

This was mental harassment and a complete violation of professional boundaries.
It shows how broken their internal structure is, and how little they value people’s time and dignity.

If you're serious about your career, your time, and your mental peace,
DO NOT associate yourself with API DOTS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Not for a job. Not for a conversation. Not even for an interview.

I had an incredible experience working at API DOTS. Great environment and cultur, and the atmosphare here is incredibly positive and supportive.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at API DOTS, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their company behavior and work environment.

From day one, it was evident that the company culture was toxic. There was a lack of transparency and communication, making it difficult to understand expectations or navigate daily tasks. The overall atmosphere was tense, and it seemed like employees were more focused on survival than collaboration, and the behaviour of the team manager towards their team members was very toxic.

To make matters worse, API DOTS failed to provide the promised salary for 10 days of work. This financial setback created unnecessary stress and hardship for me. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue with HR and management, there was no resolution or acknowledgment of their error.

The lack of empathy and accountability from API DOTS showcases a complete disregard for their employees' well-being. I would strongly caution anyone considering employment with this company to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a detrimental work environment.

Great experience with APIDOTS. APIDOTS had delivered my website at a time. Thank you so much APIDOTS. I suggest to all known people to give orders for any app related to their business to APIDOTS.
