I did use the psignoret plug-in before from Github to get Entra SSO for my Wordpress sites. It was working so bad so replaced it with Mini Orange. There are many settings, Good Docs and it works. I also got excelent support from Mini Orange and Nabhishek, Prathmesh and Sahil. I shared screen and we were able to fix the issues. That were on my end. Not theirs. It is expensive but you get what you pay for.

Waste of money and waste of time. The product is a dummy, does not do anything. Beware they will not let your payment card go at any cost. The time and emotionald damange these Indian tech products do to your brain is non-reversable.
Save yoru payment card please as they will never ever refund you. not only you purchase the plugin, you also need to buy some shitty credits which are always gone. All they ask for more money and nothing works at all.
Do not go for dummy fake reviews they purchase to push the negative reviews down.

Very bad customer support. They are not responsive and wont give a refund even when showen their plugin is not working!

I do not recommend anyone to do business with them!

Unfortunately, I bought a yearly subscription for a OTP plugin + sms package, which did not work well for me.
Design-wise, and function-wise, it was not what I was looking for.

2 hours after payment, I requested a refund for my unused SMS package and yearly subscription. 2 hours!!

Guess what, they are not interested in refunding me, and they are referring me to their dark policies that claim they do not offer refunds if a customer is not interested in their services anymore.

Not only does their plugin not work like you would expect, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen, and their policies are horrible.

I am going to proceed with a chargeback against them, and I do not recommend anyone to use their services.

Run away from MiniOrange!

I would give them a minus 5 if i could. I purchased this “app” from this indian based company for my wordpress site and immediately requested a refund (same day) after uninstalling because it was not what i required and they refused to give my money back. Passed me to this person and that representative but ultimately didn’t want to refund my money.

I’m happy to say that Mini Orange exceeded all my expectations, and their customer service, especially from Swapnil, has been the best I’ve ever experienced.

Swanpil was very responsive and helpful during the process. He helped add products using MiniOrange woocommerce product sync plugin for SanMar integration. This helped me save hours of time. They also provided late night support.

We worked with Yash at miniOrange on what I would suggest was a very difficult API integration with Woocommerce. He was amazing! Quick turnaround, awesome troubleshoooting and prompt communications. If you’re importing Woocommerce products from any sort of API, I would strongly reccommend Yash and the Team at miniOrange!

The software works as advertised But I want to HIGHLIGHT THE EXCELLENT SUPPORT received from the developers, especially Yash. their turnaround times are superb and they do understand and attend to the urgency required in our projects. Highly recommended.

This company is a complete fraud. That's exactly why I opened a cheap account with them to try it out and it was a complete fiasco. They sell a subscription to send 500 emails for $5 and then, in order to use it, I have to pay $49. They don't state that anywhere, either before or during the purchase process. They also say that I have 10 days to cancel the purchase. I sent them a refund notice on the first day and they say that's not possible. They are also liars. I suggest you stay away from this company.

I use this in more than one website for 2FA in WordPress and it works like its expected.

Great and quick support for changing SMS templates and configuring Sender ID (extra fee for that) but overall it's a great option for adding 2FA login to your current WordPress site.

The support is great, they are always ready and willing to help with any configuration or issue that arise.

Waste on money.

They charge silly money for a free feature, if you don't renew they keep bordering.

Greedy company! Refund policy is broken

Basically you can't refund, because the policy is built in a way that they return only if some functionality doesn't work. EVEN if it really doesn't work and they say it's incompatibility issue with other plugins, so they are not to blame, and you won't see your money back..

The UI overall sucks, lots of errors when installed their plugins
