A Place Like Home Ltd レビュー 

We have rented flats through A Place Like Home on several occasions. They are always easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. This year our flat was on Culford Gardens, an ideal location. Less than 5 min to Sloane Sq Tube. A couple of blocks from a lovely pedestrian street with restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries. The flat was as described and very comfortable. A staff member met us at the flat on our arrival and went over the details re: wifi, recycling, towels/bedding changeover after the first week. It was also nice to have a doorman to ask questions of and have a chat with each day. On the first day the heat needed to be reset and Nick was able to give me instructions by email that solved the issue. Payments to the company are simple and straightforward. No hidden fees.

Our experience with A Place Like Home was top notch. The website is well laid out and it was great having personal interaction in getting help picking the right place for our needs. We had a late night arrival, so they arranged for a driver to pick us up at LHR and the driver had the keys to the apartment which gave as peace of mind. The townhouse itself was beautiful, if anything the photos didn’t do it justice. It was so nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Responsiveness was great - we had an issue with the WiFi code and they got back to us quickly with the correct code. I would not hesitate to use A Place Like Home again for future travels to London or recommend it to others.

I have rented homes from APLH for many years and have always been 100% impressed by the quality of the places that always had that feeling of being at home as it was always all impecable and with all one needs in the kitchen etc and the very same comfort and elegance one has at home. For the first time the flat was disappointing, it was a basement with a very dirty staircase to access it, the kitchen was extremely poorly equipped, the bathroom was old with poor shower, the bed lining was oldish, the garden was a bit abandoned. Definitely quite far from what APLH had us used to before!

The flat was exactly as described and photographed on the website. It met our needs as a base for London exploration and self-catering perfectly. Nick was unfailingly helpful and prompt in all our interactions. Highly recommended.

Customer Service is paramount and A Place Like Home delivers!

Absolutely lovely flat in a wonderful location! Amazing pubs and restaurants nearby. We could not have asked for anything more (except for a few hooks around for wet towels:)

23 Ladbroke Crescent is a great flat, in a great area. The flat was clean, bright airy and well equipped, it certainly exceeded our expectations. we thoroughly recommend both the flat and A Place Like Home.

Their collection of holiday lets in SW London has many gems in every size and price range. We highly recommend them.

An extra towel each and more pillows would have made a difference.

My family rented a flat in Mayfair from A Place Like Home for five nights Nov 2023. The flat was beautiful, spotlessly clean, extra bedding, lots of books, and just enough condiments in kitchen, and shampoo in bath to make it feel like home.
The staff at A Place Like Home were the nicest, fastest responding I have dealt w on our many trips to London.
Location is perfect for transportation, best shopping, West End, sights.
We will use them from now on to book a holiday flat.
