AP mortgage solutions LTd is one of the best mortgage adviser . They help me through purchasing the council property they answer every call I made and being so helpful. Through my purchase there was difficult time since the council were taking long time to release some of the documents and with AP mortgage support and advice i managed to complete the process RTB . Nicki was recommended to me and my partner as we are first time buyers. She helped so much with everything and was always on the other end of the phone when we needed help and advise. Will 100% recommend in the future to others!

Everything was made very clear and easy to understand. We agreed a rate and locked in but when better rates came available, we were informed and switched to this. We had a tricky situation as we had 2 mortgages ending at different times and needed to pay an early release fee. This was a bit of a faff for someone like me but Nicki handled it all with ease. If we ever needed anything, emails were responded too swiftly and we never felt out of the loop.

Extremely knowledgable and informative, couldn’t do enough to help. To be honest I had no idea what I was doing at the start of the process as a first time buyer, but I was guided the whole way through with helpful advice, and even afterwards with insurance policies. Cannot recommend enough. For the price they charge it is a no brainer.
