A mutual friend originally gave me Steve’s number, spoke to Steve and then about 3 months before my mortgage was due to expire, he came to see me and we discussed all my re-mortgage options, after making my decision Steve arranged everything, Steve was very thorough and professional throughout the process so I cannot recommend him highly enough if you are looking for sound, professional advice

Laura was really helpful with my recent transaction, from explaining nuances of various mortgage deals all the way through to getting it finalised and in place. Would definitely recommend.

Thickbroom Mortgages deserve every bit of the full 5 stars. Buying a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you'll do, but not in this case. Laura was extremely helpful in sorting me out with a mortgage. Right from the beginning I was thoroughly supported. She was always a step ahead (if not several) and answered every query I had very promptly indeed. It's quite rare to come away knowing you made the absolute right decision in using a company, but I have done, and will be recommending Laura and Thickbroom Mortgages to anyone who is seeking mortgage advise. Hi Having just found out that the company I had my house insured with did not cover property in Trust, I was somewhat perturbed.
I did make some searches myself but could soon see it wasn’t going to be easy. However, I was introduced to Steve and immediately I was impressed by his friendly, confident and efficient manner. I am a first time, solo buyer so I knew finding a mortgage could be tricky. Laura was fantastic throughout the whole process, always keeping me updated and proposing the different avenues I could take and the benefits/ cons of each option. Once we had decided on a mortgage, Laura drafted all the paperwork extremely quickly. At this point before submission, there was a lender who had changed their rates to offer me a more affordable solution, which I decided to go with instead. Even after all her previous work, Laura did not hesitate to draft a new application with my new lender of choice and she had it submitted and returned the next morning.
I really feel like my requirements, for example my monthly budget as a solo buyer, were taken into consideration and bespoke mortgage options were offered to me through Mutatio that I would not have found myself. Having an array of options helped me understand and make an informed choice, and I felt supported the whole time.
