This app is impossible to cancel. I have been trying to cancel for more than a week.
My daughter subscribed by mistake, it took all of her money and we cannot seem to get out of it or get a refund.
Be very careful about using this app
emails come back as undeliverable when you try to contact support and after a while you just get ignored
No wonder the ratings are so low

I keep getting charged, two times a month and I don't use this app. I keep writing emails and contacting the support team. But my emails come back as not delivered. This is truly devastating and I want my money back!!!

I have been trying to cancel the subscription to no avail. What do you mean you have 24/7 support? I have been waiting and it is taking forever. Do not waste your money. It is a scam and it is not helpful.

This is a very fast and awful scam for students. They take your money in seconds without your consent. Do not give your money and do not give your card details. They will not solve any of your questions and will keep on taking money.

Hello! I just sent an e-mail for cancelation of my subscription for ExpertChat, but I received an e-mail notification that my request wasn't sent.I don't think this is OK.

These People charge you $1.00 USD for 3 days and say you can cancel their subscription. The next day after 'starting my subscription' they attempted to take $117 AUD from me.

They claim to send an email of the terms and conditions and that you can cancel the subscription at any moment. That is a complete lie. You can not cancel the subscription or even submit an inquiry.
They also claim that the email they 'sent out' explains that they charge 24 hours after the 'free trial' which is also a lie as I never received anything and they do not state any terms and conditions at all.

They never even answered the question I posted there. They just steal from you.

My bank has also confirmed that they are scammers.

If you just started a subscription, remove all the money from the card that you gave them access to and cancel the card immediately!

This company is a total scam. Great premise of an idea, looks like you just have to buy credits to use their service, pay as you go, but then hidden on their website, when you click to pay your $1.99 are "terms" where they charge you $74 if you don't cancel your "3 day trial" within 24 hours. However, you don't see these terms until you email them to ask why they charged you, and then the support lets you know that they didn't charge you and there's no subscription to your email and they don't know what you're talking about and then the head scammer gets on and says they aren't refunding you and didn't you see the fine print and terms and conditions and says they emailed you the information even though they didn't send anything and they don't even have anything connected to my email. Super friggin scammy.

This is the best platform.I had a problem subscribing and they did not hesitate to help me and helped solve my problem. They are just the best.

They are complete frauds. Despite not using their service, they charged me over $300 for three months. They did not provide any information about the subscription fee every month. I will proceed with a lawsuit along with a complaint through the EU anti fraud office.

If anyone wants to join me in the lawsuit, please send me an email. As a lawyer, I will definitely sue this company within March and get refund.

And they're still lying in the comments. I've never been informed of any costs in advance. Will definitely punish these scammers located in Cyprus.

This is a very poor website, whatever you do make sure you avoid using this service. The overall user experience was bad and the customer service representatives lack common skills, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a seamless online experience. I asked for a question to be solved I was made to believe my question has been answered but before I am able to reveal my answer I have to pay, which I did because that saves me time only to find out that no question was answered, I immediately wrote the customer service and the girl told me nothing can be done that I had to wait for my question to be answered. They take your money and tell you you’ve been informed already before making the financial decision lol, screams fraudulent. This has nothing to do with pricing, it’s a cheap website to use but the system at which you make people put in their payment information is fraudulent. Don’t make people think their question has been answered and request for payment to reveal the answer only to find that the question was unanswered. I waited almost 30 minutes for a solution that I was told takes little less than 2 mins to be answered

I did the free trial twice. The second time the answers I recieved were not all correct, I sent an email to cancel and heard nothing. Then I get charged $99 dollars, so I reached out and was denied a refund but they happily cancelled my subscription.
When I asked how long my account would be active I was told just over 30 days!! 99$ a month that is insane!

EDIT: what a condescending reply, not surprised because that's how each representative I spoke with was as well, as I've stated I reached out to cancel during my trial, so because no one bothered to reply in time that's my fault? In order to cancel you have to send a request to the support team so you are at their mercy. Perhaps add a cancel subscription button where you can do it yourself? Then people wouldn't feel unfairly charged.

Fraudsters. Don’t give them any bank or credit card info. Even if you cancel, they keep charging you hundreds of dollars.
