We have been using Link My Books for nearly a year now after switching from another company, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business.The software itself offers fantastic value for money, completely simplifying our Amazon and eBay payouts and feeding them perfectly into Xero. It saves us hours of manual accounting work every single month. What truly sets them apart, however, is their customer service. We recently had a complex technical issue that needed sorting out, and their support team was absolutely excellent. They stepped in, understood the problem immediately, and did a great job resolving it quickly and smoothly.If you are looking for a reliable, cost-effective tool to handle your e-commerce bookkeeping, we cannot recommend Link My Books enough!

Made my life so much easier and stress free. My son found this for me as an easy way to merge across my vat from my Amazon selling account and it does exactly that, fantastic and easy to use

Set everything up with 4 different platform. Screwed up all the accounting in quickbooks. Waste of time

Link My Books has made syncing our ecommerce sales into Xero so much easier and more accurate. It saves us a huge amount of manual work and helps keep everything organised across our sales channels.

The setup was straightforward, and the support team have been really helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. It’s especially useful for breaking down fees, VAT and payouts properly, which gives us much more confidence in our bookkeeping and VAT returns.

Highly recommend for any ecommerce business using Xero.
