I ordered a wet end from you guys and twice I received it damaged through shipping. The guys in the parts department ordered a third wet end, had it shipped to them, they wrapped it up in bubble wrap, then shipped it to me assuring that the third time was the charm. They stuck with it until I was happy. That's real customer service. Service that's far to rare these days. Thanks guys for your great work.

Saw them on the Internet and called to talk to them, and they were super helpful with the product that I was looking for and went above and beyond to verify that it was going to be an exact replacement for the part that I needed, and that I would not have to do any new plumbing on my pool pump. Then they shipped immediately and everything worked out great!

I was a little nervous dealing with the company. I was not familiar with, but I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service. It did take them two weeks to get the product, but that was OK. The company that delivered it was on time when they said they would be there and very helpful. I would buy again.

Pump arrived in excellent shape with packing intact. Finally completed my pool equipment upgrades - pump is working great!!! Very quiet and moving a lot of water at 40 gpm flow rate. Great customer service and quick responses to my questions and pump comparisons - with immediate quotes. Strongly recommend for all pool equipment needs.

These guys are great. They know there stuff and will work with you. We hit a couple of bumps but returned things and got the right ones. Some of that was on me and they did not charge me a "restocking fee" and were open to recommending non OEM item replacements because they cost less and were actually better made.

I saw the part on Amazon and called AppaeTech for assistance they found an upgraded pool light to replace my older generation model and it worked perfectly. Shipping quickly allowed my pool not to be empty for very long as well. Thank you for the great customer service and experience.
