Even though I live in a different state, I did a virtual consultation with Dr Cliff and learned a lot of things about what I should expect from audiologists around here and the kind of treatment I should expect with my type of hearing loss.

I have moderate to severe hearing loss, and purchased several pairs of hearing aids elsewhere. After seeing Dr.Cliffs hearing aid reviews, I decided to try Applied Hearing Solutions. Dr Altus worked with me to find the best hearing aids for my unique situation.

I recommend Applied Hearing Solutions to anyone with problem hearing issues. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Best hearing exam I've ever had. It's clear Dr.Olson and the entire office staff care very much for every patient who walks through their door.

“You need an upgrade,” my previous audiologist in another state told me shortly before I moved to Arizona, “However, I’m not going to give you one. The ongoing connection with your audiologist is as important as the hearing aids themselves. You need to wait until you move to establish that relationship.”

How true that is, and how grateful I am to have learned about Applied Hearing shortly after settling in Anthem! I have found over the years how reassuring it is to have the kind, understanding, responsive, professional service that I have always experienced from all of the staff—doctors, receptionists, and others. I also appreciate being able to have appointments for unexpected concerns in addition to the regular checkups and annual testing. Auxiliary devices that Applied Hearing has available, such as the Multimic that I use daily, have also greatly improved my hearing experiences easier and more pleasant.

Annual checkup found flawed devices that were replaced under manufacturer's warranty. Good attention to detail to detect flaws in defective devices, and then excellent fine-tuning to adjust programs in the replacement devices to give better hearing under varied environmental conditions.

I discovered Applied Hearing Solutions through watching U-Tube videos to learn about hearing aids. I was surprised when the audiologist making the videos was local so I made an appointment. I have been going to Applied Hearing Solutions for at least four years now and find both audiologists to be knowledgeable, patient oriented and friendly. In addition, their new office is beautiful and the staff very friendly. All around, a great choice.

The service provided by all members of the staff is prompt, efficient, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Get all your questions answered and feel confident that you are receiving cutting-edge information in order to make your choices. Dr. Olson is very enthusiastic about his profession and always has time to address your concerns. If repairs are necessary, they are dealt with quickly.

Buying hearing aids can be a tedious experience with all the different manufactures, aid types and various features. Dealing with Dr. Olson was a great experience. He was professional, experienced in the field and very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered, the testing results explained in detail and recommendations made. Once the aids were received the fitting and adjusting was excellent, which in my opinion was the most important part of the process. I highly recommend Applied Hearing Solutions and Dr. Olson to all.

I discovered this office after an internet search on hearing aids. Dr Cliff's youtube videos were so helpful that I ended up doing a telehealth visit with him from across the country. He went over all my records and made some helpful recommendations and got me hooked up with a really good audiologist near my home. I am really grateful that I found him.

Great person and makes you feel comfortable. Very thorough and provided clear explanations. However, a letter from my physician about me needing a hearing test did not arrive in his office in time, so have to come back. I am quite disappointed that he does not accept any private insurances, not even government employee plan. Additionally, his office is tricky to find.
