I had a question about the fit for my ear , called and promptly got the info I needed. quick and easy customer service !!!!

Customer service responded to me quickly, courteously, and attentively by text initially and then by email. My problem was that I could not use the hearing aide I received - an inside the ear model- because it was too large for my very small ear canals. It would fall out immediately even with the smallest tips. The representative directed me to Chosgo's smallest devices and offered to replace the large model with a different smaller aide for just the additional charge of shipping without the need to return the ill fitting one (which I am to donate to a needy hearing impaired senior.) I am so hopeful the small unit will fit but if it does not, Chosgo has reassured me they will make it right with a refund.

I bought a hearing aid. It did not work. I wrote to get a refund. Got an offer for another hearing aid. I did not accept it. By offering the other hearing aid, you avoided sending me a return address. I maile it to the shipping address, but no refund was given beecause I did not follow your fine print. To me that is a convenient way of stealing.

I am extremely impressed with the design and quality of the hearing aid I purchased. The delivery was on time and the customer service very helpful with all my questions and concerns.

I didn’t expect a hearing aid to feel this natural—but chosGo really surprised me.
I’ve tried others before that felt bulky and uncomfortable, but these are lightweight, sleek, and easy to wear all day. They don’t look or feel like a typical “medical device,” which makes a big difference in confidence.
The sound quality is what really stands out—conversations feel clear and natural again, even in noisier settings. I’m no longer constantly asking people to repeat themselves.
What I love most is that chosGo focuses on making hearing aids more accessible, comfortable, and actually stylish. It feels less like a compromise and more like an upgrade to everyday life.

Still not received any information on my hearing aid return, since Sept. 10th 2025.

I bought the Chosgo SmartU hearing aids. There are many settings to customize your hearing aids. Even a hearing test to customize them to your hearing condition. All this sounds great. If only they worked the way you wanted.

When the hearing aids are customized to the way I want they change back to the way they were before in minutes sometimes seconds. I’m constantly pulling out my cellphone to go on the app and change the settings again. I stopped wearing my Chosgo hearing aids and returned to wearing my over the ear hearing aids that I got from my audiologist.

Received the hearing aids as expected. They appear to be working. So far so good.

Fast Shipping Great Support Great web site. Hearing with the new hearing aids is different at first but they explain on the website it takes time for the brain to process the changes and your hearing is clearer the longer you wear them.

The aids were very comfortable. Customer service was exceptional.

Customer Service was excellent. Responded within 24hrs each time I Emailed them. Very helpful!

I contacted their after-sales service, but they refuse to take responsibility or provide a prepaid return label for their defective product. They only provide irrelevant troubleshooting videos. Avoid this seller if you expect any real warranty or support.

I got an immediate response when I had questions about settings. They gave me suggestions for all environments, (watching tv, being outdoors, etc).
Not only that, they checked in after to make sure their suggestions were working for me. They customer service is very caring and responsive.
