Top Class Service from Joe!
I dealt with Joe Rimmer in the After Sales team to sort an issue where I topped up the wrong card in error, I spoke to Joe and the issue was sorted in less than 4 working hours and funds refunded, top class service!

The card hardly ever works and often results in a huge queue at the till and me habing to pay using a different method of payment.

Quite limited in what you can get and complex to use. Spent quite a bit of time trying to figure it out. Other multi gift cards are much easier to work use. Would not buy it as a gift for somebody else

I wasn't impressed with your courier…
I wasn't impressed with your courier dropping our high value vouchers on the bottom of the internal steps of the building we are in without letting anyone know. We pay for a service why by we have to sign upon delivery, and this clearly didn't happen. I was even less than impressed with your customer service response when I complained about it.

Beware of Exp Date if you want to transfer to a Virtual Master Card
I was gifted a card by work in April 24 and the card is due to expire in August 24. I topped up the card with £200 this week with the intention of transferibg to a virtual master card only to be told it wasnt possible due to the expiry date of the card. It then took 3 days for that money to be refunded. You need to make it clear about this issue to customers.
More importantly you need more places to be able to use it!

Would not recommend to use!
Difficult to use online, charges to transfer to online e-cards, minimum spend to use online. Would not recommend using lovetoshop to anyone!

Absolutely awful site. Cannot use gift card I was given then to find out can’t be used unless there’s a minimum of £20 on there which I’ve had to top-up & still cannot use. I’d never use this company again

Arrrrrhhh the website is so terrible and the system is so complicated, why have they not changed it? or redesigned it. I have been given these vouchers before but I definitely would not gift them as its so annoying to work out how to it all... come on its 2024 not 1994 sort it out you will lose customers

The site is complicated and the buying process is convoluted the chat takes forever and most of the time does not connect. But the ppl are very helpful.
