Really enjoyed my apprenticeship with Apprentify. The support has been great throughout, especially from my coach, Chloe Anderson, who was always helpful, encouraging and easy to talk to. I'd definitely recommend Apprentify to anyone looking to start an apprenticeship.

Documentation and assignments changed during the course causing confusion and rendering some of the work completed redundant. Uncertainty from the business over what was being graded at assessment and what wasn't. Several of the members of staff from apprentify left the business during my course including my coach and both my workshop tutors.
The mock I had with apprentify took the form of an informal chat, I didn't have a full length professional discussion or any feedback, leaving me feeling unprepared for the real assessment.
The coach surveys from our sessions felt too general - requiring statements on English & Math learning progression (wasn't relevant to me) & 'British Values' instead of more specific application of the skills learned from the workshops in my role.
Had all workshops online with the same cohort but no opportunity to network with my peers - I don't even know how many of us stuck with the course once the workshops ended.
Mentors from the learners business weren't held accountable to do anything or create opportunity for progression for learners. I was put on the course by my manager at the time and then left to my own devices for the duration of the apprenticeship.

I have had a really positive experience completing my Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship with Apprentify. From the start, the programme was well-structured and provided a strong balance between practical, real-world experience and the knowledge needed to build a solid foundation in IT.
The support from the tutors and coaches was excellent throughout. They were approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. Regular check-ins helped keep me on track, and the feedback provided was always constructive and encouraging.
I particularly valued how relevant the learning content was to my day-to-day role. It didn’t feel like generic training – it directly complemented the skills I was developing in the workplace, which made it much more engaging and beneficial.
Overall, I’m very grateful for the opportunity and support I received. I would highly recommend Apprentify to anyone looking to start or progress their career in IT through an apprenticeship.

The learning resources are great however the work can feel impersonal to you and your company. Feedback can be very generalised and guidance can sometimes be unclear.

I think the classroom work is great and a good way to share experiences with other learners.

The Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship I completed with Apprentify was well structured, organised, and highly informative. While some tasks were a little repetitive at times, the overall experience was very positive and provided a strong foundation in key skills.

I’d like to give a shout out to Adrian, my coach throughout the course. He was incredibly supportive, engaging, approachable, and friendly, and is a real credit to Apprentify. Thank you!

Great learning experience

I studied multi-channel Marketing at apprentify. Chris is the best tutor and couldn’t have got where I am without his help and guidance! I’ve been to university and studied in school and both have not helped me as much as Chris and Apprentify have 😊

Apprentify have been incredibly educational and supportive throughout my entire apprenticeship. I would not have wanted to start my career with any other apprenticeship provider.

The Apprentify team guided me through a structured training, incorporating a variety of learning styles, whilst providing exceptional support and coaching throughout. I felt that I had everything I needed to confidently meet the criteria for my qualification during the end-point assessment. I achieved a distinction in my apprenticeship, which is a testament to the excellent service provided by the Apprentify team, including my development coach and tutor.

Really smooth operation from start to finish. The team sorting out the positions were great and made it a seamless start to the course. Sharon was a delight to have as a coach and gave me the belief and confidence to go and achieve my distinction. Highly recommend!

While Apprentify is a brilliantly organised company, the standout highlight of my experience has been my coach, Gio. Having moved from another provider, I can truly see the value of having a mentor who is as dedicated as she is. Gio is more than just a coach; she is an incredible support system. I’ve just graduated from the Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship programme, and I found the entire course and structure built around it by ApprentiFy to be fantastic. They were incredibly thorough in preparing us for the end point assessment, and I felt extremely confident going into every stage – the preparation really set us all up for success.

From day one, ApprentiFy set clear expectations and were very flexible in situations where classroom sessions were missed. The whole process was also very efficient, and there was always someone on hand to offer support whenever it was needed.

I also found that every trainer who led sessions was highly capable and delivered them brilliantly.

My training coach was really helpful in terms of getting me through my EPA especially when I was initially struggling, the team at Apprentify is very supportive!

Really enjoyed my apprenticeship with Apprentify. The webinars were very informative and my coach was so supportive.

I have done a Software Tester L4 Apprenticeship recently, and the apprenticeship was what I expected, and in many ways it exceeded those expectations. It provided a good balance between learning and practical experience, allowing me to apply what I learned directly in the workplace.

The structure of the programme, along with the support from tutors and coaches, matched what I was hoping for and helped me stay on track throughout. I also gained a clearer understanding of my role and developed skills that I knew would be important for my future.

I was lucky to have an amazing development coach like Nihal Cinar, who made a genuine difference to my growth and confidence. From the start, she created an environment where I felt supported, listened to, and encouraged to be honest about both my strengths and the areas I needed to improve. What I appreciated most was her ability to guide rather than direct. She consistently asked thoughtful, challenging questions that helped me reflect more deeply and come to my own conclusions. This approach not only built my confidence but also helped me develop lasting skills in problem-solving and self-awareness. Nihal struck a great balance between encouragement and constructive challenge. She recognised progress in a way that motivated me, while also pushing me beyond my comfort zone when it mattered most. Nihal's feedback was always clear, practical, and easy to apply, which made a real impact on my day-to-day development.

I had amazing trainers, Mark Benzar and Gio. Mark Benzar created a positive and engaging learning environment, which made the sessions both enjoyable and productive. He was always supportive and approachable, offering clear explanations and useful examples that helped reinforce my understanding. Thanks to his guidance, I feel much more confident in my knowledge of the ISTQB syllabus and better prepared to apply it in practice. I am also thankful for the support that I have received from Gio. She has been a great trainer for programming and has made a real impact on my learning. She explains concepts clearly and breaks down complex topics into manageable steps, which makes it much easier to understand and apply them in practice. What I appreciated most was her patience and willingness to support everyone, no matter their starting level. She created a positive and encouraging environment where it felt comfortable to ask questions and learn from mistakes. Gio also focused on practical application, which really helped build my confidence in coding and problem-solving. Thanks to her guidance, I feel much more capable and prepared to continue developing my programming skills.

I had extra support through Cognassist, with meetings each month throughout my apprenticeship, and this helped me a lot. These sessions provided an additional layer of guidance and encouragement, allowing me to address any challenges, track my progress, and set clear goals for my development. The regular check-ins made me feel supported and valued, as there was always someone taking the time to understand my individual needs and provide tailored advice. This extra support not only boosted my confidence but also helped me stay on track and make the most of my apprenticeship experience. I am grateful for this support given from Chris Elphick and Andrew Stayner.

Overall, the apprenticeship met my expectations and delivered a really positive and valuable experience.

Apprentify have helped nurture me into the sales person i am today. From the very start they supplied me with all the tools i needed to become an excellent sales person. I couldn’t thank them anymore.

Great coach and people (Andy and Steve) but content and delivery methods not so great.

I would have benefitted from in person learning, coaching and feedback. Too much of the course was delivered through an online platform with Americanised and external subscription content.

To improve for future learners, more practical sessions giving feedback and sharing best practice would make a real difference. I really enjoyed Steve's sessions but they needed to be throughout the programme and not front loaded.

I gained knowledge and skills from the programme and thankful to Andy for his support throughout.
