Complete nightmare Bought a recon ecoboost engine from these guys, they left a timing gear loose resulting in the engine lasting only a matter of miles before a cam correlation code came up... もっと見る
The company is very quick to invoice you and send out engine which was very well packaged on a pallet with the engine wrapped inside and was in a secure crate along with all the relevant gaskets .... もっと見る

Bought an engine and it was playing up after fitting so I rang up to ask a few questions for my mechanic and was treated like I was demanding a new engine?
Wouldn't use again....ever

I’m sorry your expectations where not met by us I do recall this issue and I did speak with your wife and she did apologise for you being so agitated on the telephone and I do believe we helped to resolve the issue you may have had in anyway that we could to the best of my ability via telephone as you can imagine attempting to diagnose an engine issue over the telephone is difficult but I did do my best to help .

Top quality service , best around recondition engine supplier
We are automotive repair shop and we get all our engines from Approved engines.
Engines are always delivered propmtly with all additonal gaskets and very well rebuilded.
Top Service , profesional and return process is very easy.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT TRUST THIS…
TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
Brought a 1 litre eco boost engine with 6 months warranty and in exchange the old engine to be returned. Engine was fitted by a professional registered garage, to find the head gasket has issues on the new engine supplied. Called the company approved engines following the claims form, to be told the warranty is void.
They are now trying to charge me the surcharge fees, after calling them and explaining it’s ready for collection. Also explained this over email.
Absolute scam.

we are sorry your not happy with the service we have provided I have looked into this and the claim form sent unfortunately invalidated your warranty from what I can see this is because none of the warranty terms where followed to validate your warranty no parts where changed on the engine and the invoice was simply to fit an engine that was supplied with oil and a filter, the warranty is validated by your garage following the fitting terms .
Please contact us via email and we will help in any way we can but like all products warranty is covered if the customer has followed the warranty terms provided
