I found this company, AppSketiers, on a Google News real/ad. I recieved an email, and a text from them. I filled out the basic info they asked for.
I set up for a call today at 1415hrs. I recieved the NDA via email.
He asked if I had a job, I am currently unemployed, and when I could come up with the $495 to start, "If accepted" by their consulting team.
I told him I would need 2 mths to come up with that to let go.(Yes, I understand this would be an investment)
He then said they would call me back in 2mths. No date set. But wouldn't review it, until after I came up with the $500($495).
This just happened today, 06-30-2026. It is 1459hrs as of right now.
I ran through these reviews, well, cuz that is what I do when looking at any company to deal with.
Either way, long story short....I'm not getting anything good from what I see. Sure! There are a lot of good ratings. But over the years, I've found more truth in low reviews than in reviews that just say how good they are. I found way more detail in the bad reviews than I did in any of the good reviews.
They give it to third parties to do the work? They give you further charges in each phase? See, none of that was disclosed in our short conversation today.
I think I will take the time to learn coding and just do this myself.
A 2 star because I didn't get anything professional out of the conversation with the guy I spoke with, Jeremy.
Had it been professional, there would of been a date and time set for this "call" in 2 months. But there was not.
Also, he came across real dismissive with my app idea. "Well, I don't know if this is something we can do. If it would be worth it. There would be a lot of coding going into it. It would take some time, IF it evens get accepted".
So I was not giving any confidence in the guy.
Almost like he was blowing me off because I am currently unemployed.
I am a Vet. This is my honest first encounter with AppSkeptiers.

While my experience may differ from yours, I can only share MY experience.

Appketiers team is definitely a team id work with 10/5 no typo. Extremely accommodating reasonable, willing to explain also deliver your Idea. This is just the start because i have a good bit of Ideas

I’m only through the first phase and my experience has been amazing. The team responds in a timely manner. They pay attention to detail very well and have provided me with everything that I’ve asked for thus far. If you shave an idea for an app, Appsketiers is the team to call on to help bring it to life. So I am not completely through the process - but the beginning stages have been wonderful! Very communicative. Very helpful. Very kind. They are good at spelling things out and taking your ideas and running with them and making them more realistic. No complaints thus far.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! THEY'RE RESPONSIVE, THE COMMUNICATION IS A-1 & THE ASKED ME QUESTIONS I HADN'T EVEN ASKED MYSELF.. I TRIED AND SEARCHED THRU COUNTLESS COMPANIES AND I KNEW INSTANTLY I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE, THEY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE - LIKE MY IDEAS HAD WARRANT, I WAS CONFIDENT THAT THE DETAILS OF BUSINESS WOULD STAY CONFIDENTIAL WHICH WAS PARAMOUNT IN MY DECISION.. IF YOU WANT AN ACTUAL TEAM BEHIND YOU & SOMEBODY THAT'S GONNA GET THE JOB DONE, LOOK NO FURTHER BECAUSE SOON AFTER YOU'LL BE CELEBRATING SUCCESS!

They make this process possible but also easy and professional. Just getting started but I do believe it is the beginning of something big.

“I’m currently in an ongoing app project with Appsketiers, and to be honest it has been one of the most difficult business relationships I’ve ever experienced. I started this project in July 2024, and instead of a branded, polished app, I was given something very generic and disappointing.

One thing I wish I had known up front: all of their work is outsourced. At no point was I informed of this, and I think that’s something every buyer deserves to know. If you don’t want your project handled by third parties you’ve never met, this isn’t the company for you.

The owner, Nick, has also been condescending and hard to work with. Every step forward feels like pulling teeth. While the project is technically still in progress, I want to share this as a cautionary note to anyone considering working with them: buyer beware.

This team at Appskitiers are very well put together with very strong communication skills! Communication with a project of such was one of my biggest fears being that I’ve taken chances on a project like this before and it wasn’t half of what they are bringing to the table when it comes to that. A lot of things of what it would take to create my app behind the scenes was very well explained for each phase we’re on and what’s to come. So far we’ve finished the design phase and it was exactly what I asked for. I’m looking forward to the upcoming phases so I can come back to comment more!

Appsketiers App development company has been very pleasant and absolutely professional in designing an app for me. The whole team from Jonas to Venessa and the designer Luis have reached out to me every step of the way involved me in the development process and always wanted e feed back I am 100% satisfied with the finished product, and I will absolutely recommend appsketiers if you are trying to develop an app.

So far so good!! Yes we're still in phase one, but I Love what I'm seeing so far.

Staff members have been great, anytime I have a question they answer, they are very accommodating to your thoughts and needs.

The designs definitely exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with them. They were completed very quickly and I was updated throughout the process. Very happy so far and looking forward for the next steps.

Working with this team was fantastic! Jonas was incredibly helpful throughout the process, always responsive to my needs. And Luis - what a magician! He transformed my concept into something even better than I imagined. Highly recommend this talented team!

I had an idea for an app that's sort of been done, but not to this degree. Anyways. I made an appointment. I told them my basic idea. The gentleman I spoke to seemed to think it was a reasonably good idea also. The one downside. I only have the idea. Startup fees are $425 ish. And since I don't have that at the moment just an idea. We agreed to reconnect in a month. He was polite and informative and the company seems legit, so... Honestly, I'm no techie. When it comes to computers I'm pretty useless, but. If I somehow manifest a lil extra cashflow next month. An the team at Appsketiers feels confident about my idea moving forward...
Who knows. 🤑 Hopefully its not old news by then. 🤞
