Ordering is so easy...delivery guys are great....even if there's a small issue or u need to change something in ur order...just one call to the store sorts it all out. Great service all round.

How quickly you messages arrive

I am a disabled
I am a disabled, house bound pensioner so I rely on the London Road shop quite a bit, the delivery persons a cheerful and patient as the know I walk very slow so I cant get to the front door quickly. Appy Shop is a life line for people like me.

Good product substitutions
They call me if a product is not available and offer an appropriate substitute. What I think is special is that if the same issue occurs again they remember my substitute preferences.
