I'd be glad to review the jacket.....if I ever get it. It's been 13 days & no jacket.

Terrible. I have three unfulfilled orders with Apricoat. I tried calling their help line and the number was disconnected. I think I have been screwed!!

I ordered in October I have not received my item and no communication. Will not buy again

It has been almost a month and I have not gotten my coat. The site says it has not even shipped yet and was sold 2-5 business days

I made an order with an internationaal DHL tracking number because I had trouble with having an order delivered before, and one week after payment, I can tell by the tracking that nothing has happened with the order so far (everything I ordered appeared to be in stock). I will probably have to use my creditcard’s chargeback service (again) to get my payment back since there is no sign of them delivering up to this point, and their support is a nightmare.

I did however like my first Apricoat jacket that I ordered from kickstarter a few years back, it’s a shame where this has gone since then.

My advice: don’t waste your time ordering here.

So now you turned into scammers? I should have searched you on Trust pilot before ordering again, shame because you stole my money but especially because I had supported you on your first Kickstarter campaign, and used your jacket since 2017. Shame on you.

Like a few people, I backed them with their first Adventure Jacket on Kickstater (received and still use it now) . So I thought I'd be fine when they came out with a backpack with a free shoulder bag promo. Ordered and paid 22/09/23 for an April 2024 delivery. Got my one and only reply from them May 2024 stating they hit a delay in manufacturing and that they'll keep me updated which they havent. Emailed over 20 odd times and used their contact us on their website to no avail. So my second experience with this company is an over 2 years saga that I might have to take a loss on my money.

Bought a adventure 2.0 jacket since it was on sale. Its been over 2weeks with no update on my order and I cant get a response back for emails i've sent about my order. Very dissapointed. I do love this brand for their jackets. Not sure what's happening at the moment, but my purchase went thru, money was taken out, but still 2weeks n no order received

Two weeks since I placed the order and no sign of my stuff, no sign of it having been shipped, and no reply from the vendors when I asked for information. I've bought from them in the past with no problems so I wonder if they're shut down but the website is still up. But for now, steer clear.

I ordered a coat from Apricoat on October 27th with express delivery, but it was never delivered. I have tried again and again to reach customer service both by phone and email but nobody has responded to me. In fact the phone line has been disconnected. Has the company gone out of business?

I am worried Apricoat is out of business. No response on my order after 10 days. Disputing the charge w my credit card company. Tried emailing and calling Apricoat - no response.

DO NOT order!!! I should have received the jacket I ordered weeks ago and still no jacket. They don’t respond to any contact.

I placed my ordered over TWO months ago and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent out multiple emails to Apricoat and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve tried calling but the number does not work. On the order it says “in transit” and that’s it no other information. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !! They took my money and didn’t fulfill my order and no one is around to answer my emails. I will never order from them again as I just lost over 150 dollars. This is ridiculous and such bad service!!!!!

Placed an order October 12th no tracking and no response to request for order status. Three emails later and no reply to ship or cancel order

The company doesn’t answer any emails from support. Also, their phone is disconnected. I ordered an item on the 24th. Their website states 1-2 business days to process order. They haven’t processed it or shipped it at this point. I’m not entirely sure that I’m gonna receive the product and if I should contact Apple about disputing my charge.

I ordered the coat and paid for it a week ago now. I even paid for express shipping. My order just lists as confirmed, i can't see any updates, I even downloaded the shop app that also shows me nothing. When is my order going go be fulfilled / shipped. I like the coats. But customer service and communication seems very lacking.

Been nearly a month since I ordered, was supposed to ship within 3-5 days, never shipped. Emailed twice, no response. Called multiple times, no answer.
