I would give less that one star. The advertising said it was same day shipping. Almost a month later still hasnt shipped and no info on it. I emailed because the phone number to call is "no longer in service" and got a nice reply back saying they would refund me and send the hat anyways. No refund and no hat, emailed again no answers.

A bunch of schmucks!
I ordered from their obviously bogus website a month ago. I’ve tried contacting them with no replies, but they post on instagram. I’m in dispute over it with chime currently. Do not order from these people! I wouldn’t give them 1 star, but I had to.

Excited at First but Disappointed
I was excited to place my order and support Hook360. Unfortunately, I never received my order (I could not find any tracking info to find out where the breakdown may have been). I have reached out twice to Hook360 via email and have not received a response. I also tried to call but received a message saying the number is no longer in service.
